Great room, very comfy beds, plenty of pillows, perfect temperature, great customer service at the front desk. Called the casino for free shuttle pickup right at the front door. Fridge and microwave in the room. Room to hang out with friends in the lobby. Everything was clean. Breakfast was being constantly refilled until the end. Highly recommended.

Great place by the aiport. It was very clean and easy to drive over to the airport parking lot in the morning. Unfortunately, long term parking was not available at this time at the hotel due to the NFL draft. We left too early to enjoy breakfast!

Great hotel, exceeded my expectations. From the shuttle service, to breakfast, to front desk staff, even during the late hours. And the hotel was very clean and nice. I asked for a specific type of room and they made sure that they gave me that room which is not something you typically see at most hotels. Breakfast was good as well. You should definitely stay at this hotel, will definitely book again

While not directly attached to GRB, this hotel is on the GRB campus and is very walkable to the terminal. It’s been recently renovated, so feels “new.” The staff is very friendly and accommodating, both at the hotel as well as on the phone, if you have questions or request. We live about an hour away, and it’s nice to stay at this affordable hotel when our flights take off very early or arrive very late to avoid driving in the dark or in inclement weather.

Excellent location, clean, hotel, minimally decent breakfast. In recent years, they have substantially downgraded the rooms. There’s not even a dresser or cabinet of any sort to put clothes other than the closet. HOTEL definitely needs a refresh.

Everything was great. Staff was nice and rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that stopped me from 5 stars is the serious lack of water pressure in the shower.

The desk clerk has outstanding customer service skills, she takes the jitters out of flying.
Having something to grab for breakfast before your early flight was very appreciated.

They withdrew 110 dollars. Of which about 50 dollars said deposit which they did not return to me, I called them several times. The guy at the reception said that this money is at the bank, I went to the bank but they did not come there.
