Nice room except for only seating 2 to eat when there were 3 of us.

The other concern was that there was no heat/air conditioning control for the second bedroom.The room was way too hot for that guest to sleep well. It really needs a separate unit for temp. control.

Otherwise the suite was clean, the kitchen was a nice bonus for us to use. More restful than going to noisy restaurant after being on the road all day.

Absolutely LOVE this hotel! All the staff are friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Remembered my name by my second trip. The rooms are fresh, clean and well stocked. Free laundry is appreciated. Happy hour provides great food and drinks and breakfast is always great. Highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure!

Myself and friends were arrived early but the staff offer is early check in, it’s much appreciated. The bed is comfortable, room and bath are clean, kitchen appliance are fully available so that we could cook something without issue, the environment is quite even the building is next to the highway, we’re all have fun, enjoy the stay and very satisfied all of the service, my friends are real like the Staybridge hotel since this is their first stay in Staybridge and they’re absolutely to choose it as next stay in the the future including me. The only thing that may consider to improved is that the food can be more diverse. Much appreciate and happy new year.

So many reasons to love this hotel. One, the building itself is pretty new and is gorgeous inside and outside. As someone just visiting Carson City for work, the views are insanely beautiful. Aside from the great decor, the hotel staff is absolutely incredible. Every receptionist, cook, and other staff member I encountered have been so, so very kind and unbelievably helpful. For example, breakfast at hotels is often hard on my digestive system, but I discovered a breakfast food I could eat here! I asked the kitchen if there would be more other days, since they rotate through breakfast food here, and she assured me even if this food item wasn't out for everyone else, she would still make sure there was some for me. The hotel manager is also a wonderful human being. She brings so much enthusiasm to her work, and this passion then extends out through the rest of the staff. The rooms are beautiful. And you definitely can't go wrong with the excellent happy hours, free snack (which varied from wings to chili during my stay) and beer and wine every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:00 pm! Can't go wrong with free (included) dinner 3 nights of the week!!! Overall one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation. The scenery nearby is great, especially after snow. The hotel has very polite staff who will always solve your problems and get satisfactory replies. Clean and tidy rooms,there also is fully equipped kitchen, giving you home feeling which is great. Delicious breakfast gave you An fully power journey.

I sincerely enjoy staying at this hotel. I am often in the Carson City area for business and always try to book here. Honestly, I try to stay at this location even when I am working in Reno or Minden. I am happy to commute because I truly enjoy this hotel.

I have always found the staff extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms and facilities are well-maintained and clean.

The "socials" are above and beyond! The food is always top-notch and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I highly recommend booking this hotel.

Thanks to John we had a great experience during staying. It was one of the best experiences during check in. He was super nice and welcoming us. Check in was a breeze. The staff were welcoming and helpful, very professional, and courteous. The hotel was very clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable, clean, roomy. It was a kitchenette with a nice size refrigerator. It was nice to be able to prepare my own meals since I was there for an extended stay. Shopping and highway access is close and easy. This was very nice since I had a 20 minute drive to work daily. I look forward to staying at the location again in the future, and I will recommend it to others.
