The business has definitely gone down over the years since they were local in Orlando. If you want a Travel agent who wont call you, and deals strictly with emails. (Poor Communication) Does not work weekends or have anyway to get a hold of during the off hours in an emergency with your trip then you will be happy with them. Otherwise, even the Cruise line said, "Better to book with the actual cruise line because they have 24 hour service and will help with any issues you have directly even while on the ship". They advised that travel agents get paid for booking your trip and the cruise line will not do their work if there are problems with the trip and you are stranded or need issues resolved. They do not offer a Personal touch, so why do you need them for cruise bookings? Booking online directly is so much easier and headache free. They don't offer any incentives (on Cruises) when you book through them, save yourself a lot of grief and take charge of your own cruise. (I spent 2 days of back and forth with them over emails trying to resolve an issue to no avail)(Not 1 call from them, imagine that?) Reviews of Excursions and Cruises can all be found online and will help you make the informed decisions. You think that they would make sure you are clear on everything but when there is an issue they stated I should have understood the policy? That's why people go to Travel Agents so they don't get into the minutia of all that. Last time I make that mistake! Just saying, from an Unhappy Customer in Florida.
