Overall stay was great! From check in to check out, we had back to back reservations which were seamlessly arranged without me having to address. They were pet friendly which adds a homey feel as pets are FAMILY and we love to bring ours along! Great first experience they offered amenities informed us of breakfast operations. Easy Parking a quick accesses around the hotel, lobby 25/8 for assistance. Would recommend if your PET FRIENDLY OR ORIENTED and for overall reasons as well highly recommended.

I stayed here for a soccer tournament w/ my daughter. The service was great. Very friendly staff!! Close proximity for what we needed. Quite. Clean. Good breakfast. Only downfall is 1 elevator and it’s slow! Thank you!!

Stayed here previously with no issues, so came back for another extended stay. Checked in without any issues and staff was friendly and quick. When it time to sleep, realized the sofa was completely broken and held by zip ties, so the bed was not functional. Went down at night and front desk was able to quickly provide a different room. It was a hassle lugging all our luggage, gear and food to another room, but we managed. The sofa and room was fine, but the guests in the next room had a infant that was crying all night long, every night. Babies will cry, so can't really complain about it, but the walls are super thin. We had some room issues for this trip, but the staff did what they could and we didn't want to switch rooms again. Breakfast is decent for being complimentary and the area is always kept clean. The staff are great.

Stayed at Staybridge Suites Reno as a resting stop on the way back home after leaving North Tahoe. The staff were very friendly and helpful having answered any questions I had. The suites are nice overall. The TV has plenty of channels and the beds are very comfortable. Each suite has a good amount of space to relax. Hotel was generally quiet and sits in a nice area south of Reno. There is a free breakfast which I thought was just okay. It's your typical continental breakfast offerings but gets the job done and is still nice. Price is very reasonable for the accomodation.

Although we spent only one night in Staybridge Suites Reno, the front desk staff was so welcoming despite the gloomy weather outside. Check in was a quick process and we are already in our room. The bed was so comfortable and we had a peaceful sleep and 100% recharge. Breakfast was great. There was a choice of vegan sausage, eggs, biscuit with cream, bread, pancakes available to choose from. Checking was an easy process and front desk staff were so courteous and friendly. A great hotel to stay with smily staff. Great value with wonderful staff interactions.

This hotel is very quiet. Close to the freeway, but not so close that you hear the traffic noise all night. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good too. We’ll stay here again when we come back to Reno.

This hotel experience compared to all other stay is one of my best experiences so far. The services were excellent and staffs were amazingly the friendliest. I’m surprised how staffs helps you with the food. They want you to eat drink and enjoy. Even after closing their happy hour and breakfast buffet, we were given drinks and snacks. This hotel is not here to just make money, they really care about their visitors.

My family and I had water damage in our house and had to relocate for an extended period of time. We have made this hotel our home for the last 7 months. We have kids and this disruption in their lives is not an ideal one. With that being said, we are soooo fortunate to have found this Staybridge during this time. The staff here has been very welcoming from the very beginning and made us feel like we were staying with family. The suite was spacious even for our size family, we created a space that worked well for us. We even set up a Christmas tree for the holiday’s in it. We will be excited to get back to our home soon, however we will be sad to leave here and it will definitely feel like we are leaving family. Everyone from the manager to hospitality staff, kitchen staff, maintenance and housekeeping has made this a better experience for our children and us than we could have ever imagined. We will definitely be back and will recommend any friends or relatives stay here when in town.
