As a quilter I love this place! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you're lucky the day of your visit, the owner's golden retriever may welcome you. On the main floor they have a nice selection of quilting cotton and sewing notions, pattern books and some kits. Also lots of fat quarters to choose from. If you can make it up the steep staircase you will be rewarded with a large classroom/gathering room as well as a nice selection of discount fabrics. This little shop is well worth a visit when you are in the area.

I was interested in the quilt shop only. Very nice quilt shop with abundance of moderately priced, good quality fabrics. Owner is friendly and most accommodating, Stop in and give it a look, but don't forget to go upstairs and look at the discount fabric selection.

Very nice people, they really went out of their way to explain each machine, we did purchase a Pfaff machine today. And if your a dog lover, they have a very sweet old yellow lab in house! ❤

They have great sewing classes (I've taken several beginner classes) and beautiful fabrics, definitely worth a visit if passing through North Conway area.
And if you are also looking for Miele vacuum bags it is the only place in the area to find them

They sell high quality vacuums that will last and support a cleaner home environment. They also will fix and repair vacuums if they break.
