Been with AAA for 20+ years. For over a month, cannot get through to anyone. Left multiple messages and no return call. Trying to GIVE them business. Worst customer service EVER!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Attempt to keep billing you even after contract has expired. They keep billing my deceased mother for "coverage" beyond the expiration of the contract. You'll get better coverage from "Guido" who only offers personal protection!

Been with this office for 15 years, but recently one cannot get a hold of anyone in the office to resolve a problem since the AAA web site and app is awful and often has glitches. Best not to use AAA (especially this office) if you live in or around Conway.

I cannot get through to anyone by phone in the conway office. This is extremely poor customer service as a longtime member I expect to be able to talk to something STOOPID phone system

Ever since Joe Pruitt left it’s been impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have left multiple voicemails and never heard back. I have played phone ping pong with the stupid operator a million times. Anytime I get an actual human (which has happened twice out of my 10 + attempts) I either get transferred then hung up on, or just hung up on. 11 year membership means nothing.

Been with them for many years. Very hard to reach them and when you do finally get through to have an issue looked into they don't email or call you back to follow through. My husband's discount for original owner of the car was being left off and I reported that so we'll see if that gets fixed. I just called them 3 times and it sounded like someone picked up the call and hung up the call each time.

Don’t get option for zero stars. But worse insurance company possible after 15 years of been with them was in a accident and they should of totaled the car but decided they wanna fix it but as it was been fixed estimate kept going up at the shop they wanted it at and realized they were in to deep with the car got it thrown back together said it was done just for me to half to put it back in another shop to have it fixed again plus things there recommended shop broke and all they wanna say about the parts of the car that I’ve had to personally pay for it be fixed is that’s normal wear and tear for brakes to be applied so hard it warp rotors put flat spots on 4 month old tires bought 2/11/22 with receipt purchases proved all they had say is well it’s normal wear and tear
