Very cozy atmosphere and everyone is super friendly. Great energy and a peaceful location! The kitchen has everything you need and the common space is super cozy and welcoming, feels like your living room at home! And the cutest greeter dog Koda! You may never want to leave 🙂

CoHo is such a special place, you’ll never want to leave! The hostel is so cozy and it truly feels like a home away from home. The owners put a lot of care and effort into making the hostel a welcoming and social experience. All of the staff are wonderful. By far the best hostel I’ve stayed at!

Quite nice for a stay with friends! Very well equipped with kitchen items, cozy living room, board games, coffee station, guitars too! The decor is cute. The bath is quite small and quite old. The beds were 0/10 they squeaked all night. Parking space was ample.

Rooms have central heating but none of the rooms have Air conditioning. Need to open the windows if needed. Will not be able to stay if it’s in summer as the rooms will get hot.
Community is great.
Parking is convenient.
Full sized kitchen is helpful.
3 floored old building. Rooms are on all three floors.
Dormatory style bathrooms, so not much privacy. Feels like living in a college dorm.

Exceptional hostel.

Location is nestled between mountains and charming little cottages.

Common space is filled with activities and comfy furniture. Books, instruments, art, games.

Kitchen is superb and very clean. There is so much food marked as free that I could make breakfast and dinner 🙂

Rooms are tidy and comfy. Door is very creaky so earplugs are a must for the mornings.

Staff is so curious to chat with you! Guests, well, not so much. But hostel culture in the US is, errrrrr, there isn’t one!

Very kind and pleasant place. It was paradise after being on the trail for a few days. It was clean and the showers were very good!
Staff have great personalities and are fun.
Guitars are around the living area if you'd like to play.
The owners had a campfire for visitors on Friday. We met nice people and had a great conversation.
If you need something for cooking, chances are that they have it in their kitchen -- leave what you don't want, it all gets reused.
Everyone (staff and guests) was very pleasant/trusting/kind/generous. We had only one other person staying in our ACed room and (like everyone else), they were super respectful and pleasant. There are locking lockers in the rooms, but I can't imagine NEEDING to use them unless it were at capacity.
This place has been around for a while and you can tell that they want to keep things fun, light, and pleasant.
Overall, it had a perfect family-feel blended with being professional and respectable.

This is a lovely place to stay to see multiple covered bridges, go to Mount Washington, and the Fryeburg Fair in Maine and for General Leaf peeping in Oct. They have a lovely common area that you can meet other Travelers. Also there is a kitchen with refrigerators and stoves with ovens so you can go to the store and buy food to cook if you would like to. The young couple that owns the place are very very nice and accommodating.
