I had a late arrival as I was driving during the night. I checked in on the app during the early afternoon and informed the property that I would be arriving late. Upon my arrival, all I wanted to do was get into my room and have a sleep, as I was only going to be at the property for about 6 hours. The clerk informed me that he could not check me into a room because their system was running a "self audit." I had to sit in the lobby for 30+ minutes at 1:00 AM. This was completely ridiculous. There's no chance they couldn't have let me into my room for the night instead of making me wait. Especially considering I had already checked in previously and informed them of my arrival time.

Additionally, I reached out to the property about this poor experience and never received a follow-up or response. Very disappointing.

I would caution anyone considering this property: If you have an issue, the management will not help you in any way, nor even acknowledge that you had an issue. There are plenty of other hotels in the same price range in this area. I'd encourage you to look elsewhere.

I had 5 rooms. One the tv didn't work. The other the rooms were as expected. We checked in kaye so that was part of it but the staff could truly care less. We might as well have been well trained pets. Mostly politely ignored.

I won't stay there again. I had multiple rooms for more than one night and i simply wasn't cared for well, the rooms were not on par with similar priced competitors. The night staff simply DID NOT CARE. i had to move to a different room one night because my tv didn't work.

I've always stayed with certain brands. I drive jeep. I wear New Balance shoes. I fly American Airlines. I drink coke classic. You get the picture.

This brand, "Fairfield Marriott" has lost my loyalty.

I never do reviews but felt i should share my thoughts on this.

We needed an overnight stay during our cross-country trip. Conway is a nice town, and we found this nice mid-range hotel. Staff was courteous. Room was a nice size and clean. The property was well kept. Breakfast was typical buffet style you'd expect, and everything was well stocked. Very good value for an overnight stay.

Staff is super friendly. However nearly all of the facilities are a dysfunctional nightmare. Checked in last night at 1 am with a group of 25. None of our keys worked because their system was down. Next morning, system still down. Elevator doors will close and not go anywhere, need to take the stairs.

Stayed here for four nights. The hotel is near the freeway and behind a Wal-Mart. This is a nicely managed hotel that is clean and roomy. Check in was quick and easy. The staff at the hotel are very professional and helpful. The lobby and rooms were kept clean. |Our room was a studio that had a small living room with a decent size TV and a separate bedroom with a small TV. The room was clean and equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. There was plenty of counter space in the bathroom and a combination tub/shower. We did not run out of hot water, but the water pressure was weak. The room was quiet. |The breakfast was average and typical for this class of hotel. |We would stay here again if visiting the area again.

Good hotel, clean, convenient location, friendly staff. The only cons are small, the TV was outdated and small size with screen burn in from the hotel guest page that stays on screen 24/7 until you change the channel and the breakfast buffet needs some help. There was enough food to save going out to eat breakfast. The toaster was burning bread on one and not toasting the other. A waffle maker and better quality sausage links and patties would go a long way.

Was down. We were down for World Series and the pool being down was kind of a convenience for them and not for us.

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Everything worked except the electrical outlet provided on the base of the desk lamp, which made it less convenient to use my laptop there. I left them a note about it, so I am sure that will be fixed for the next person :>
