Lori helped us with all reservations, including transportation from the airport for our trip out of the country and continued to be in contact with us even during our travel to make sure we received all communication. She also helped us change return flights.
I will definitely recommend Lori to anyone who wants a worry free vacation and have her assist on future travel.

I booked a trip to Australia for myself and my daughter. Shel Hansen was our agent. She was amazing! All our flights tours connections were spot on. I don't know how she got everything right but she did. We loved Australia! Gotta love the pancakes there. If you ever plan a life time trip see these people you won't be disappointed. I told Shel the things we were interested in and she put a trip together that was for us. Once again I can't say enough good things about Shel and Travel Leaders.

I called & talked a girl who the employee who specializes in trips to Hawaii. She took my info down said she would e-mail some info. I never heard from her so I called again & I got a voice message saying she was out with Coven & would not be able to contact anyone til the end of July which is today & I still haven't heard anything. We found another girl from Colorado & I contacted her & had our trip finalized today!
