Probably the worst experience ever. I got a month here and we have no hot water in our sink. Not to mention I have a 3 month old baby here. LOTS of roaches behind the bathroom mirror. Room service is fine, the lady is really nice and usually pretty fast with getting what you need. However while being here I have had a person a few doors down LITERALLY complain my 5 yo was shutting the bathroom door and he could hear it as it was bothering his PTSD. And now CPS is now involved because my 3 month old has been crying ( she is colicky ). Was just trying to get away from home for awhile and have a good time. Turned into the worst vacation ever.

Edit: just found out today they entered our room without me nor my man there. Invasion of privacy at its fullest. May need to sue this place after everything that has been done. I’m absolutely FED UP.

Very terrible. very poor service. I was there for a month they cleaned my room once, supposed to clean it weekly. Four bath towels for the whole month. They kept most of my deposit and I have not receive the portion owed me. Will never stay there again. This place needs new ownership or management. Some one who knows hospitality and how to treat people well.

Very cozy nice place to stay. Very good price and good environment! The price was way cheaper then what was offered. Staff was so nice and helpful. The location is perfect and i would hands down definitely book here again when im back in town. ❤️

If you are looking for luxury,go elsewhere.As a fisherman who couldn't really care less what a room looks like as long as I don't see bugs and the shower works,im happy.TV worked,had clean towels,I have nothing to complain about for 69 dollars.Front desk lady met me as I got out of my car at the front door of the office and was very nice to me.

My husband and I was in room 16. We traveled 4 hrs away from Illinois on a Chieftain motorcycle. It was it first trip on it. We had got me a high backrest which absolutely killed me. It was so bad I had to ask out daughter to travel from our house to come get me. Check out time is 11. The owners let me hang out until 3, the time she would arrived. They were very understanding and sweet about it. You don't find people like that now a days. The room was very clean. The beds amazingly comfortable (2 queen beds). Shower water pressure nice and strong. Room comes with mini fridge and good size tv. Bench and chair outside door. Great curb appeal also. Can not beat the price! Not just the owners who was understanding and sweet, but also the cleaning lady. I wish I would have gotten all their names, I'm sorry I didn't. With that said, a big shout out to them all!! Thank you so very much for a great experience and the kindness you gave. God bless you

Worst motel I ever stayed at. Blamed me for their card reader not working, so demanded I must go to the local gas station to go take cash out of an ATM, which we had to walk to since we arrived via taxi. Then when we got back, I was upset because we had made the reservation reasonably expecting it would be paid for since I had to give my credit card on Expedia. They told me that they have no obligation to give me a room as a response, which may be true, but how is it MY fault they don't have a functional card reader? Then they tried giving me a hard time over my fiance only being 21, claiming "I was going to just ignore it, but after this I don't know if I can". She's a full adult. Their Expedia page says the minimum check-in age is 18. I am 23, but they had no issue with me checking in. What's the difference between 21 and 23 legally speaking?

Then they retaliated by giving us a room with NO A/C intentionally. I realized it was intentional after the owner told me the following morning, not knowing about what had happened the previous night, "huh, he shouldn't have given you that room, the A/C doesn't work". The windows didn't open so I couldn't even get fresh air. I tried to complain, but the person at the desk had already gone home. I could not sleep AT ALL. It was a hot, humid night in August.

Wait! It gets worse! The minifridge had a freezer-box that probably had a massive ice build up, and for some reason it LEAKED that ice all over the dresser it was on, and got my dress shirt, undershirt, socks, tie, suit jacket, and suit pants SOAKED the night before a VERY important formal event. I spent the entire morning blow drying my clothes, but only got them down to damp before I had to just throw them on and deal with it.

When I went to give my key back the following morning and the owner realized I shouldn't have had room 15, he offered to mail me a check because he didn't have time to give us a refund at that very moment (and I didn't either, I was in a rush after having spent the entire morning drying my clothes).

I'm normally a very reasonable person. If they had given me my money back, I wouldn't have made this review, but they clearly won't uphold their promise to refund me, so I'm leaving this review. The owner is a cheater and liar that hires manipulative people as staff.

A dated motel but was clean and hot showers,no ice machine,but the room rate was not $100 or more,i can get my own ice,worked great for a place to rest and be ready to ride the next day.

They won’t return your deposit back for the room. I had to call over and over for weeks and still nothing.
