This place is top-notch! The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help find exactly what I need. The product selection is amazing, with high-quality options at great prices. I like coming here and it's a fast place but I made an hour drive after placing an online order and discovered that the place was closed during hours of operation. A sign was on the door stating they would be closed but considering I have to travel an hour, I don't come in regularly enough to have gotten the message and made a 2 hour wasted trip. Upon looking harder at the website they had a notification stating they would be closed but it was put in as a brief note that you had to look for. I added a photo to show what I had to click to figure this out. What would have been helpful is when I placed my order, there should have been a notification that popped up before proceeding to checkout stating that they were closed. It would have saved me the time for the trip, the gas money to get there, and the strong feeling of not wanting to come here again.

I’m giving four stars because I love thrive, BUT!! I recently went on Friday, January 17th, and the bud tender was so kinda ignorant. My mom went in for her 50th birthday ( she was a virgin ) never been to the dispo she was ahead of me and a few other customers and yes she was taking a while to pick what she wanted… but it was her first time. Anyways I end up getting the exact same bud tender and as soon as I get to the counter he goes “ thank you so much for waiting patiently it was her first time and it’s like just pick something and go.” I didn’t say anything because I knew he’d ID me and he did match the last names and realized. I’ve bud tended, waitressed, and in general worked in customer service for years. You wanna be rude wait to talk with your co workers, don’t complain to the next customer. My mom or not it was completely rude. But aside from that Thrive is a good spot to stop and I’ve never had a problem with the other bud tenders! 🫶🏼😁

Yes, taxes are high. Take advantage of their stock and save specials, add-ons, and rewards programs which makes up for it. I've got hundreds of dollars in free product.

If you shop less than $100 without using specials, then yes. You won't get much for your money.

This place is an actual joke, a power outage that lasted about two hours cause the store to be shut down the entire day. In what world does that make sense. If it were a fast-food restaurant, then it would be back open immediately. Get your stuff together or leave.
