The lady that was working was absolutely rude and condescending. She started screaming at us before we could even get in the door because the door buzzer was not working. She sat there and hit the button 3 times and the door wouldn't unlock. She then decided to flip us off and scream at us that we were idiots. Everyone in the casino was staring at her as she went crazy. As a new customer at dottys I had hoped to find a go to casino but instead got screamed at, called names, and had an overall terrible experience

Had fun there! The lady who works there is very personable. Made me feel welcome. I didn't feel that from the gentleman in the other section.

Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Waitstaff

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an incident that happened to my mother on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at your establishment. During her visit, a waitress exhibiting unprofessional and rude behavior towards the group of patrons, including my mother.

The waitress was dismissive and condescending, making inappropriate comments that were both disrespectful and discriminatory. The waitress yelled at my mom, telling her to stop playing and to go sit down and then told my mother to get out of your establishment. My mom complied because her ID had expired. This aggressive and unprofessional conduct was embarrassing for my mother, and it reflects poorly on your establishment but also contributes to an uncomfortable environment for guests.

I believe that all patrons should be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background or language proficiency. I hope you will address this issue to ensure that your staff upholds a standard of professionalism and courtesy.

This place is absolutely terrible. I used to stop on my way out of town all the time when leaving Jackpot and won often. I don't know if they got a new owner or what but the games don't pay out - literally paid $500 in one machine and $400 into another and got the mini bonus ONE time.
The food is seriously worse than jail food, the employees seem miserable and the players cards are worthless. The only thing they really have going for them is they pour heavy on their drinks - which isn't enough to make me come back. Ever.
Save your money. Go anywhere but here.

Brand-new smaller place, 1 of 3 in single level L-shaped bldg. easy parking and entry. Atmosphere bright & unique; padded, adjustable & cozy wheeled armchairs, newest technology video slots, built for comfort and privacy, wide hi-def tilt screens, dozens of games all-in-1 incl. slots, roulette and poker. Not dark and smoke-filled, windows allow some natural light in, and a full-service main counter for food, snacks, full bar, cashier and services. Only time I ever left jackpot with more $ than I came with. MUST TRY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Didn't actually go into dottys I did go into yhe bourbon street sports bar connected to it very clean amazing It has tvs all over very easy to enjoy a game and a drink some great foot amazing customer service I have so far enjoyed my time here if you come though jackpot I would recommend stopping by here

Will never go back there. As we were leaving a Caucasian male with long black hair was just coming in. He said don’t leave the building with that beer. Didn’t say you can’t leave with that beer you might want to finish it inside. I immediately turned around put the beer on the bar and said and I won’t be back. He said good.

Nice little place. Still same as it was. Lots of machines to put your money into. Or if I happen to be there, my pockets are empty. Staff is very helpful.
