We stayed here through an AirBnB listing and were very pleased and would return any time! (Preferably during warmer days.) The view of the beach/ocean from our room was as breathtaking as it could have been, giving the weather. It was great to be able to walk across the street and be at the beach.

My wife and I stayed her for two days as a anniversary weekend get away. Awesome location! It is on the north end of the beach where there is less people on the North end of the beach during the day, vs the board walk. You are still within walking distance from the boardwalk, probably a half hour walk or so. The room was awesome was ocean view with a balcony. The rooms were very clean and pretty modern. I have stayed at quite a few hotels in Hampton and this one was defiantly by far the best. They have on site parking too so no worries about trying to find a parking space. The room was equipped with a microwave, there were some dishes as well as utensils and also a toaster in one of the cupboards. The room was very quiet , even though we had people in rooms on either side of us you could not hear them like you would in a regular hotel. There is also an elevator so it make it easy to bring everything up to your room. We enjoyed our stay very much here. If you want to stay at the quiet relaxing end of Hampton this is the place to go, reasonable prices for the rooms and clean! And the balcony with an ocean view is just an added bonus!

The OC Studio is a PERFECT get away to relax! Quiet location about a mile down from the main boardwalk (20-25 min walk). I slept peacefully listening to the Ocean waves the 2 nights I stayed. Parking is convenient. The location across from the ocean is awesome to view as well. I would highly recommend this place for couples, as an excellent place to stay on any vacation. Of all the years I have stayed at Hampton Beach the OC is on the top of my list! I will be back on my next visit, for another memorable and enjoyable visit!

We loved it. The beach is right across the road. Not the busy terrible part of Hampton beach, but the nicer quiet part. Room was clean and set up nicely. We could walk down to the boardwalk in about half an hr. Staff was friendly. The only problem was the wifi not working. But you aren't supposed to be on the phone on vacation anyways

This is our third extended stay here at the OC! We like the quiet end of the beach and this condo/hotel is great! Clean studio units with small kitchenette area, no stove, but microwave, coffee pot, dishes, sink, and mini refridge make it easy to eat in. Bathroom is roomy, and small balcony is nice! Covered parking is also very nice! Price in the off season is best deal around!|Building also seems very secure and safe and daytime staff is always helpful!|

We just wanted to get away for a night and we loved the ocean view from our room. The room was very spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were only 20 minutes from Portsmouth where many amenities are located. Also, the location of this hotel was perfect. We weren't in the crowded part of Hampton. It was peaceful and quiet.

Located within a half mile from the strip. Excellent views, friendly staff. The room had a queen sized bed with a full sized pull out sofa. The room was very clean, with a great beach across the road that is accessible for most of the day. We plan on returning next year, excellent place!

We landed at Boston Airport and drove straight up arriving at 11pm. Our keys were left for us with detailed instructions on where to park and which room was ours; so despite our late arrival and reception being closed, we still felt very welcome. Great room on 5th floor with sofa, kitchenette, dining table and a super comfy bed. Room very clean and tidy. The views over the ocean were stunning particularly watching the sunrise from bed.
