Generally friendly staff. The rooms were only surface level clean honestly. There were stains in the bedding and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Worst of all: BED BUGS. My hands are covered in bites now and my back. I got a partial refund. In the morning there was a bunch of noise (banging, yelling, etc). If you just want a cheap room where nobody bothers you then sure, book here.

Bud and Priscilla were gracious host. We had a room facing the ocean on the second floor. Room was clean. The sunshine through the window made us feel so positive. The location is within walking distance for just about everything. This place isn’t the Hilton but certainly deserves more than 3 stars!

Decent Location but Room for Improvement
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The property is fairly located, more towards the end of the boardwalk rather than close to everything else. This might be a plus for those seeking a quieter spot, but it does mean a bit of a walk to the main attractions.
The rooms are very small, especially the bathrooms, which felt quite cramped. One of the biggest downsides was the lack of daily housekeeping service. The rooms are only quickly cleaned to accommodate the next guests, which made it feel quite dirty during my stay.
On the plus side, the room did come with a small kitchen equipped with a few utensils, which was handy for doing some light cooking. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short due to illness, but if I return, I will probably look for another place to stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed here during Memorial Day weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The friendly staff, in particular Steve, were awesome and attentive even though I showed up late to my check in. I had booked an economy room but they upgraded me to a deluxe because it was available, at no extra charge! The room was clean and wonderful! Extremely affordable without feeling like it. We went to a concert that night, came back pretty late with no complaints. I also left some of my belongings in the room and they immediately gave me a call not even 30 minutes after I checked out to let me k ow and told me I could come back and pick up whenever. When I showed up they had everything in a bin off to the side and labeled with my name, these people are just really looking to help and ease their customers. I can’t recommend it enough!

Stayed in room 1 with the mini kitchen and patio directly facing the ocean. It had relaxing vibes and was a decent way from the noise of the strip area. Room had a slight smokey smell and the bathroom was tiny. However, it was clean, comfortable and ocean side for a reasonable price so totally will be back again.

We have been staying the past few years. Ocean view with private balcony. Staff is very accommodating and attentive.
Quiet end of the boulevard, but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. We will be back again next year!

I stayed one night with my son and would do it again next time! Although the rooms need some TLC, the one we got was equipped with a kitchenette, micro, fridge and coffee machine. Service by Christine was amazing, she made us feel VIP. Location is great, about 10-15 minute walk to the main attractions, along the boardwalk. All in all a great budget stay in Hampton Beach.

My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights last weekend, and had an amazing time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with check-in. They allowed us to pull directly up to the building to unload our things before we were directed to the designated parking across the street. It is free, accessible, and very well labeled, we never had any issues with parking during our stay. We stayed in one of the nicest rooms available that came with a private balcony and king bed. There was also a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and sink in the kitchenette area, as well as AC, a TV, and a nice bathroom. The room was very clean and had amazing views of the ocean. We really loved the location, as many of the shops and restaurants in the area are within walking distance. Overall we had an amazing time!
