We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and the location was great. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist as needed. It reminds me of the summer motels we stayed at growing up. Locally owned, and deserves a chance to compete for the fair price. We recommend. Nice too our pet was welcome, made it easier for us to get away.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was cute, beach themed. The bathroom was outdated and not in the best shape, and the only other outlet not being used by the TV didn't work, my charger kept following out. With that said, the beds were comfortable, it's right across the street from the beach, they have a nice little sitting area, in our room I was able to walk out my door and look at the Ocean, they let us check in early, we didn't see alot of staff (which to me was great), the place is pet friendly, and it is way cheaper than anything around Hampton Beach! So in my opinion i don't care that the bathroom needing some updating or the outlet wasn't holding the plug.. I was right next to the beach!!! And honestly the room was comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. Oh and their website says no refunds, their website also says when they charge (which is the booking day). They send an email which also says no refunds. Can that be inconvenient, obviously.. but it's no difference then some places on airbnb.

DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!!
We recently stayed which was supposed to be for 2 nights. Well after the 1st night we were out! Gap in door so you can see light come in. Beds were so bad that my grandson couldn’t fall asleep until 11pm. We woke up feeling like our backs were broken. Air conditioner didn’t work properly so it got pretty warm in the room. Shower had black mold growing & you could open the shower door just enough to climb in then it hits the toilet. Floors were sloped in different parts of this tiny room. Tried climbing out of the bed & fell forward onto the bed due to the slope in the floor 🤬They were not symptomatic in any kind of way. Just an Oh sorry but I can’t refund you any money. So off we went to our 2nd room which was fabulous 🏖️
The price may seem right but honestly I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
SORRY NOT SORRY 😡

Had to clean the heat pump filters (caked with dust). Couldn't see through it at all. Black gnats everywhere especially the bathroom. Shower head was broken. The shower floor is also sinking in. No screen in the bathroom so you can open the window. Had to wait to get it changed. Beds sunk down in the middle. Door to the room had a quarter inch space between door and floor. Front window was cracked. Cabled kept pix-elating. When checking in she was very pleasant and very helpful.

The best thing about this place is the price and location. The staff is also very friendly. You need to have realistic expectations and your stay will be tolerable. We found our room to be similar to an old camp, with a tiny tv and mini fridge. Everything is very worn and the floors kind of slope. It smells old with a faint dog odor, but use the a/c unit and open the door for fresh air. This is a bare bones place to sleep. It’s not a great room to hang out in. If you want to be out enjoying the beach for most of your time and save money on lodging, that is what this place is good for….

My boyfriend and I stayed here for about four days with his dog, and every day was very nice. There's lots of stuff to do, nice staff and other tenants/travellers, and it's directly across from the beach. The design of the downstairs room we stayed in was cute, all sea themed, and the shower is pretty nice too. Thank you!

Room was clean, I thought. Nice area. My experience was difficult for me the bed was to firm, had a hard time sleeping. Unfortunately I was bitten by something at night several times on my back. Was nervous when we got there there was a sheriff's car parked in the lot, with an officer in it. They seemed to be way over board on the no smoking, even in your car. Thought my car was my own personal protected space.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights as it was a heck of a deal for the holiday. The staff let us know when our room was ready and they were nice enough people when we interacted with them. I think the motel could get a few updates as the bed was so hard we had to buy a mattress pad to sleep on it and brought our own pillows, there is a Kleenex box and Christmas paper covering the windows on the front door and none of the outlets hold a cord, it falls out instantly. The room itself was clean, the shower pressure amazing. There is no coffee in the rooms so we had to travel to get some (office didn't open until like 8 or so). We did unfortunately have a a problem with the stomping above us, I understand kids but they were old enough to know better, the manager did say something to them so that helped. The beach access is a highlight.
