This place is an absolute JOKE! I called to get pricing and information about their venue, and the owner did not want to provide any details about this venue. He asked for my price range and made fun of me with the amount I offered he would even give us the honeymoon in Hawaii. I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE!!! BY THE WAY.. he is the same owner of GN EVENT CENTRE. He also mentioned he has another one in Springfield. I would also read all the reviews left on his behalf.

He was right on one thing. That “he’s not like other venues” .. he is THE WORST 😂

Worst place ever, Don't get this venue. First i walk in and i was quoted 2,100. i asked the lady if i could put a deposit so no one else could take the venue. Of course she said it was fine and she let us tour the venue alone. When we go back to the office she said there was a "MALFUNCTION" in the system and that the day i wanted the venue there was another party going on in the morning and said the ball room and another small room was 5k due to them having an event that morning and for us to use it 5pm-12pm. we had asked how much each was half the ball room it was 3200. and the smaller room was 1000 and decor was 300. I told her I'd wait for my fiancé. when he shows up he came we toured it again. He liked it but only wanted the ball room. So we went ahead and told the lady that we only wanted the ball room and she said no, that if we wanted to rent it we had to get both that it was a package deal. Crazy. Then i proceed to ask her how much it was just for the ball room 4K she tells me. Don't come here, the lady was so indecisive she was just money hungry and kept raising the pricing. when she showed me the contract it said 2k for everything. but wanted to leave the whole venue 5,300.

The rudest interaction ever! I called to inquire about venue pricing and the person who answered the phone said it was 10,000 minimum with no tables, chairs, catering, etc included at all which is a SCAM. Im an event planner so I know the in’s and outs of venue pricing, The tone was just distasteful. I bet my birthday would’ve been a disaster if I moved forward. Also said he doesn’t do events less then 150 people but how can you determine how many guests I will or will not have. He was so unprofessional. 0 stars if I could

do not waste your money and time renting this place!!! AC doesnt work and the day of my parents wedding its was hard to breathe because of how hot it was. we read these reviews and didnt think it would happen to us because when we went to check out the place it was freezing, BUT most things these reviews said was true.

The worst experience we had by far.
The owner (Ranveer or Ranbir?) was very nice, funny and welcoming at first then was so rude the night of the event when we needed something or had a question. Nothing was the way we wanted, he kept promising that everything will be just the way we had requested and that we shouldn’t worry. There was suppose to be no purple or lavender in the back drop, after so many times we told him that we wanted ALL WHITE backdrop, this is what we walked in to the DAY of the event. Chairs had stains, blood and alcohol on literally all of them and some chairs didn’t have cushions. The worst part was, they kept telling us to lower our music! It’s a wedding, an Afghan wedding! How can you ask us to lower our music at a wedding hall?!!!! One of the waitresses pulled our lives singers speaker wire without permission and jammed it! Cops came cause someone behind the building complained about the noise! There’s so many details I can go into that we personally had to take care of right before the guests came in but, all I can say is that the owner is not a man of his word and it was was absolutely a disappointing experience. You do not want all of this headache on you special night! Would never do business with him again, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either!

Beautiful place for events. I attended a quinces there, beautifully decorated. It's a spacious room, bathroom were clean and stocked. Handicap accessible, which is good. I will say they need air conditioning! It was so hot, that you didn't want to eat, or move. Everyone was fanning themselves. I got a drink, took one sip set it down to talk, , and when I picked it up, it was no longer cold, after only maybe 7 to 10 minutes. I wasn't moving at all, I'm in a wheelchair, and I had sweat getting into my eyes. People I knew that love to dance and have a good time, sat at the table miserably hot. You had to go outside to get relief. Is the AC had been working, it would have been a perfect night! If you rent here, make sure the AC is working!

RUDE!!!!! not organized, still was in bed when I called, your calling his cell phone NOT professional hung up on me the first time I called then blocked my number as I was calling back, called from my cell phone asked for pricing and packages before I could finish he asked for the date and how many people told him 60 his response "I don't have for that day and I don't have for anything that small only 150 people or more". I just got off the phone with him I wanted to have a Holiday Party for my company but guess I will be keeping my money in my pocket
