It is an older hotel that has been well maintained. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. The staff has always been friendly and when needed, very helpful. Rooms have always been clean and neat. We will very shortly need to return to the area and will again make reservations at this Best Western.

I loved this place but the reason the rooms are a 4 is because the furniture looks ancient. The service it’s ok. And the location is 2 because it is next to this horrible place that I thought that was the hotel and at first I thought this place was not for me to stay over for one night but then I found the hotel but I still loved the place. 💜

The front desk made minimal effort to help me. I am85 and arrived with a bag, a clap machine a gallon bottle of water and the battery to my electric wheelchair which weighs 20 pounds. No offer to help me to my room. Go out that door(not automated) and turn left. Got to the room at 9:00 PM - absolutely dark and very difficult to figure out how to turn on the lights. However the real killer is the shower. Slippery floor BEFORE turning the water on and no grab bar if you were to slip!!

The rooms are nice, clean and big. Everything was working, and the hallways were clean and decorated nice. The breakfast was poor, and you have to pay $ 12 for each person. The breakfast was not good, even if they offered it for free. I am a platinum member of BW, and to pay for such a bad meal was surprising.

This Best Western did not make a good first impression. Weeds are out of control in the plant beds. Couple of derelict cars in the parking area. Carpet on the stairs is stained. Once we entered the room most was good. Room had just a few places to plug electronics into. Sitting area was nice. Sunset was spectacular. Breakfast was a treat.

Carpeted rooms were VERY damp, and the smell did not clear. TV was ancient, picture looked out of proportion and legitimately like it was from the 70s. No way to fix it. Internet did not work unless you had a room nearest to the lobby. HOWEVER, staff was very helpful and attended to any issues right away. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, with lots of different hot and cold items.

It was away from the freeway to avoid the crowds and problems associated with that. Its only a mile but separated us from all the late night check-ins, noise and over-use. No dogs are allowed. Hotels that have too many dogs have sanitary problems in the breakfast room and have too much dog pee/poop for me. The place was quiet and clean. No odd people hanging around the parking lot.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. When you first walk in the customer service is poorly. I would hope to see someone presentative and not look at someone that just rolled off the bed. Another thing , not sure if there is a older women that just lives there because I stayed for a over a week and I would just notice she was always around. It’s just unprofessional and I’m not sure if upper management is aware. When I checked into my room it definitely needs some TLC. The decor is so old and it doesn’t match the pricing for the stay. You would also think they would offer you new towels and pick up trash if you’re staying for a while. When checking out , I searched around to see if I was missing anything and noticed a PILL under the bed. Could you imagine if I had a child with me. They could be crawling and eat something I wouldn’t know is there. The breakfast is not the freshest. They wrap the bread completely with plastic over it and makes it difficult to access it. Also , the batter mix was in the refrigerator in a large bucket with no date. Breakfast is too simple for it not to be good. I don’t believe they have a cook because you can see the front desk lady setting it all up. Overall , this place needs a huge makeover and staff needs to treat the place as an hotel and not their home.
