Located just off the interstate and down a side road this IHG hotel has it all. Great customer service, clean and daily serviced rooms, and a cafe that can cook. They prices are extremely well priced and the food is amazing. The amenities are well done from a workout room to an indoor pool and a luxurious hot tub everything top-notch. The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful all shifts. I had interactions with each shift and they were more than accommodating with any and all of my requests.

I think it’s best to talk about the issues because if I don’t mention it here then everything was either excellent or above par! First the room TV is a little on the small side for the size of the room. That was the worst thing for me. Second the towels are rather aged and scratchy at this point and probably may need to be swapped out for new ones. As for their condition that was fine they are just getting old from use! Lastly for the price point of this hotel there should be a breakfast of some sort even lower grade hotels offer breakfast of some sort to their guests. I stayed in a lower grade hotel in the same town and got a full breakfast and many extra choices and the hotel was over half the cost of this one. Of course you sacrifice else where which is why I would probably never stay at the other brands again however I am very disappointed that there isn’t anything offered here that you don’t have to pay for. This is a real let down for me and is probably the biggest negative with the price point you pay to stay with this brand. Other brands at the same price point offer a full breakfast spread and holiday inn should consider that! This is the biggest negative about staying here. They fell short on the breakfast and the tv size really needs addressing. On a postive note however the channel lineup is really amazing here and should have something for anybody here to keep you entertained during your stay! Hope this helps somebody! On a side note although very clean the towels are kinda aged and on the scratchy side!

Hotel was pretty good. Restaurant was okay, a little pricy and waitress completely ignored what I said I wanted on burger. Pool was ice cold, not heated at all. Hot tub works, but felt more like heated pool than hot tub. Need to fix that. Other than that it was good. I'd recommend. B-

The staff were excellent. Andie, Kortez and Rod were very kind and so helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very well prepared. The beds were so comfortable and I slept so well! Parking was a breeze and I felt very safe in the are. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

I arrived and seen a young man dressed very professional cleaning. I thought mmmm. That's different. Where are the cleaning people. He then greeted me, with a warm welcome and bright smile. something you don't see these days. This same young man checked me in. It was the FASTEST check in experience I have ever had. I thought man that was fast, I just booked my room 15 mins before arriving. He gave me a welcome bag. And all the hotel info wifi, breakfast hours, full service bar and restaurant hours ,pool hours, fitness hours and guest work station computer.After unloading i went back down to run an errand .This young man was still cleaning and even set iced cold tea out for guest.(which was good). When I arrive back to the hotel. I seen him on his knees trying to get a guest into a locked room. Mind you he had on nice slacks. I thought to myself... Where is the maintenance people. Man this guy needs a raise. He also was checking on guest in the restaurant.He ran the hotel all by himself. GREAT job young man. I later found out he is the front office manager. I've never seen a manager go over and beyond. I will be back , thanks to Mr.Kartez Quinn.

We had a good stay at this place although the restaurant at this full-service didn't really seem to be full service it was more limited service. They were out of milk. Also the pool was ice cold you can't swim in it it's how big disappointment since that's why we stayed there. The rooms were clean but my toilet made a very loud noise or grown before it would flush so maybe needs a little love or maintenance. But again clean and nice Fitness gym

This property is one of my favorites personally, the hotel staff and management really made me feel valued as a guest. I love the full service breakfast! The rooms are updated and kept well and clean, it made for a comfortable stay.

This has pretty much become our home away from home when we visit our family in Manassas. We like the fact that there is plenty of room to spread out in and the decor is pleasant, and all is kept very clean and tidy. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and we love having meals cooked to order in the small in-house restaurant--a big plus for this hotel.
