Reviewing all the reviews and at first I didn’t know what to expect. But after my stay I can’t agree with most of the reviews. My stay was awesome; from the reception to the lovely cleaning ladies, even the maintain guy. Everyone was super nice, such a great vibe. I would definitely recommend. As for breakfast; it is what is it hey they have waffles, who does like waffle. Thank you to every staff member. Xoxo

This place is in Bad shape. Lots of holes, scuffs, dents, dings, stains, and other blemishes on the room walls. The room did not smell, look, or feel clean. Vent covers detached from wall, exposed wire, reading lights with no bulbs, old, damaged, stained, and smelly furniture. No evidence of regular maintenance and evidence of cost-cutting at the expense of customer experience everywhere you look. And to top it all off- a note at the front desk notifying customers of a $50 fine if you bring food to your room. "Hot" breakfast was pretty atrocious. Completely unappetizing.
Have some self-respect and stay elsewhere.

The hotel looks fine enough on the surface level, but when you actually need to use anything in your room that’s when it falls apart. I had tv issues all night, which isn’t the biggest of problems, but the shower didn’t work at all. I tried to call the front desk about the shower, but lo and behold the phone didn’t work either. The front desk seemed unsurprised and unbothered when I told them about everything.

We stay here often, when we first started coming everything was great!! The bed and pillows were soft the rooms smelt ok. The pool and Jacuzzi looked and smelt clean. But comfort you guys have really gone down hill. The room smelt like feet and a mildewie smell. The bed felt rock hard, the pillows had to be slapped several to try get comfortable.. Please look into changing the beds. We will return but work on that

I will never award 5 stars to a motel until they begin offering the lowest rates at the desk, rather than the customer having to go through some different app and sign up for spam for the rest of their life and be hassled. Having said that, room smelled fine, water was hot, bed was comfy, breakfast was good. No complaints.

We had to come here in an emergency situation and the only positive review I can give is that they were open. Upon entry into the room, there is blood splatter in multiple locations on the left wall. Second, the utility door is just completely missing. Blood splatter on the carpet, drops on the walls, and a dark liquid has been leaking/dripping down the wall. Finally, there was a bullet hole that had been roughly patched. Not only is this a biohazard, this is just unacceptable. Front desk was very polite about the situation and said the correct people would be contacted.

Disappointing Decline in Quality Due to High Humidity Levels.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and always had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was far from pleasant. The humidity levels in the rooms were extremely high, to the point where I became severely ill with a cold after spending four nights here. I requested a room change, hoping for an improvement, but unfortunately, the humidity issue persisted across multiple rooms, and the musty odor was very noticeable.

Another issue was the bathroom sink, where the water drained exceptionally slowly. While the towels and sheets were clean, and the beds were reasonably comfortable, the overwhelming humidity made it hard to fully relax or feel comfortable.

Additionally, the hotel hosted private parties with excessively loud music that could easily be heard in the rooms, despite my staying on the 4th floor while the events were happening in the lobby area. This is certainly disruptive for guests seeking rest.

I hope the management addresses these issues, particularly the humidity problem, as it poses a real health risk to guests. This used to be a great hotel, but these issues need attention to restore its former quality.
