Would give a zero if i could. Recent stay experience of my mom at Raney Guest House:
House was very poorly maintained.
Toilet in the second bedroom literally rocked when I sat on it.
The deadbolt lock on the front door was not correctly installed, and there was a gap even when locked. I could have kicked in the door.
There was an even larger gap on the side porch door.
The eyes on the stove either did not work at all or the element had to be removed and reinstalled to get it to work.
Boards were "soft" on the front porch.
Bricks were raised up in the walkway.
Then, on our last night, we were sitting on the swing, when the bolt in the roof on my side snapped, and the swing fell to the porch. The property manager was immediately notified and didnt even ask if they were ok.

I was refused accommodation due to being a combat veteran! I am totally disabled with a service animal that allows me to function. They were completely rude with this. They wanted to determine my disability and say I could not stay on property. All vets should look for other accommodations. These folks are plastic society pukes.

Worst experience of my life! Kathy Robinison was rude to me as a property owner and also to my guests. Mistakenly blocked my property as “occupied” for FIVE MONTHS when it was available to rent. I realized this mistake six weeks after I owned the property. When I asked her to correct her oversight that was costing me rental income, I was told it would take her “a few days.” UNACCEPTABLE as an owner and a renter. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have owned my own law office for 20 years, always putting my clients’ needs first. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional.
