Scott Knowles is a top sales person for the RE/MAX Bayside Agency in Meredith and for all RE/REMAX agencies in the State of NH.

He is a professional at listing, promoting and working with sellers of property. He is respectful of the seller’s important interests and considerations in planning a sale.

Among several real estate agencies in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire that submitted a proposal to list our lake front property the one submitted by Scott rose to the top in terms of quality, professionalism and competition.

This resulted in awarding the RE/MAX Bayside Agency in Meredith a six month contract to determine what Scott might produce.

The contract started during the winter when not much activity was expected by the buyer until spring. However, showings began to happen and email reports began to arrive reporting on the showings and all other activities taking place relating to promoting the sale of the property. This activity continued until a June showing resulted in a sale. The sale was finalized the first week in July before the end of the six month contract.

The actual service that Scott Knowles provided to our family was consistent with everything he had published in documents or had talked with us about before making a contract for service. He did an excellent job working for us and sold the property within six months. If you wish to sell property we highly recommend that you give him an opportunity to work for you.

We can't say enough about Scott. He is friendly, enthusiastic, patient, thorough, attentive and willing to do just about anything to make the sale transaction happen. He represented us as sellers. He presented a very complete market analysis which convinced us to sell, even though we weren't planning to. The day we signed the listing agreement, he had the drone photographer on scene. Three days later the interior photographer. Two days later the official listing. And, a sale five days after that. So, he sold our house in 11 days from signing the papers. We were amazed at all of the outlets in which the house was listed, and we had friends tell us that they received post card listings of our house in the mail. After the sale, he was present for every evolution; septic inspection, showings, walk through, etc. After we left, he found the front door latch failed and he took care of that.
