Absolutely would come back here again! Rooms are spacious and elegant, service here is on point, and the view.... breathtaking. I watched the sunrise from bed. Does it get any better than that Chocolate martinis in The lodge paired with their complimentary cheese and crackers was fantastic. I especially loved the library where you can find a comfortable spot to read, play games or take part in a puzzle (if you have time for that!)

Our girls' weekend was absolutely perfect! This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. From the luxurious spa and relaxing adults-only pool to the diverse dining options and fun on-site activities, we couldn't have asked for more. This was a last minute trip for skiing. We chose this over another place we stayed last year. Wasn’t sure what to expect, not much going on in the area except for skiing. | The front desk clerk Kiera was awesome. Friendly and polite. Upgraded our room. Explained about the properties. Ms Kiera alone made our stay worth it. | I know it wasn’t the summer, but her attitude made the winter doldrums better. I would definitely check this place out for the summer now.

My girlfriend and I decided the other night to book a room spontaneously. For a staycation, it was worth every penny. We had just booked a regular King room. At check-in we were well greeted and it seemed like our room may have been changed or maybe even upgraded, as they selected the room while we were standing there. They were even hyped on giving us the room. We weren't disappointed that's for sure. Room 257 is spacious, it also had a queen room as while. So we had a suite. Was it just the 2 of us? Yes. Was it overkill for 1 night? Yes. Did it make our spontaneous trip more worth it? 100%. Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The towels.. So plush and weighted. The adults only hot-tub was great and to open up the double doors, and swim a little in the heated pool. It was a great night. Thank you. We will do another staycation here.

This place is where it's at! If you want to be treated like royalty and family, this is the place to go! Kiara at the front desk was my favorite! Everyone was nice, but she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best possible! And she succeeded. Room was beautiful, the property was amazing, the pools were great! This place is a destination resort. You never have to leave! And I wish I didn't have to. I'll be back as soon as I can.

I had a great one night stay at Church Landing.The room was perfect. It was clean and the fireplace was set up perfectly to the right temperature. I found Shantae, the front desk manager, to be extremely helpful in suggesting local attractions and restaurants.||I travel to Meredith regularly and this is now my “Go To” hotel.

Room 257 was fantastic at Church Landing. Perfect balcony overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee! Could hear loons, watch boats and fantastic sunrise. You can easily 10 min walk along the boardwalk next to lake to shopping at the Mill Falls Marketplace and dining. Best shower of my life. The breakfast burrito at Lakehouse Grille was great. Wonderful server. The staff and food at Camp were wonderful. Love the decor at Camp. They don't take reservations at Camp, but you can call and get on the wait-list. Church Landing was totally worth the price! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We have been returning guests to the Inn for 20 years but this was our first visit since the pandemic. It was such a disappointment. Gone was the quintessential bygone era charm that enticed us to visit from the UK.|After our long journey we arrived for a much awaited 4 day pre-festive stay to discover we had been allocated a smaller room which was set up for 2 people (there were 3 of us). Apparently they were fully booked so couldn’t accommodate a move unless we were willing to pay extra (we had already paid a premium price for our expected room). Unlike other hotels e.g. Hyatt, Quality Inn etc.. the photos online do not necessarily reflect the room you are booking according to the receptionist. In the meantime they quickly made the sofa bed up and stocked the room for 3. I chatted with the manager the following day and we were moved to a larger room for our last 2 nights. During our stay we were unable to use the lounge area and library that overlooked the lake because it was being used for a small conference. This left us with a dismal seating area next to it (photo attached) or the bar. Other than outside, the lack of festive ambience was also surprising. The beautiful tree that stood next to the fireplace was gone, the tree in the upper gallery was gone, even the complimentary apples were gone. When I conveyed our disappointment to the receptionist they told me there was a tree around the corner (in the conference room that was closed. Photo taken through the window attached). We weren’t the only people who noticed as we heard another couple ask where the Christmas tree was. |Cost cutting details were evident which would not be expected in an Inn of this standard e.g. the room decor was tired and room servicing had to be requested at reception on a daily basis (not that we required it). When we left some rubbish outside our door in the morning and asked for it to be collected, the items were still there the next day. It was interesting to note that another guest who was checking out had also expressed concerns about the standard and advised us to try another resort hotel a short distance away in future. The redeeming feature was the addition of a ‘state of the art’ coffee machine in the lobby and of course, the beautiful location.|We all agreed that the Inn seems to have become more of a corporate focused hotel and is struggling to maintain the standard that is expected for a premium priced resort. At $1715 (without breakfast) for 4 nights, it does not represent good value for money or reflect the experience we received. Sad to say that it is unlikely I would ever undertake the journey to go back there again.
