Emma is one of the sweetest people ever ! Such a warm welcoming and the cutest coziest environment. She made us feel right at home! The breakfast was absolutely delicious starting with orange cranberry bread, option for fruit/coffee, followed by eggs Benedict or choice of eggs however you would like! I am currently pregnant and Emma went out of her way to accommodate for me due to a change in plans. We cannot wait to come back this fall! You will love your stay

We recently stayed at the Ballard House. Emma and her family could not have been better hosts. The comfortable room and the delicious homemade breakfasts made us feel very much at home. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating and we truly felt so very welcome. We very much look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future.

We loved staying here! Very clean and comfortable, with historic charm and a wonderful view. Comfy beds, plus the room was quite spacious. The location is perfect, it feels serene but it’s close to many attractions and the cute town center of Meredith. Most of all Emma, Kymm and Jim treated us like family, also you can’t beat their amazing homemade food. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This is just a great Bed and Breakfast to stay at in the Lakes Region. The breakfast each morning was scrumptious. The proprietors are so friendly and make you feel at home. Our room was great and the bed comfy! Great location to get around the Lakes Region. Highly Recommend!

The Inn was a beautiful place to stay- spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was welcoming with freshly baked cookies laid out for guests! The view from the veranda was simply stunning. Comfortable bed with lovely linen and fresh coffee in the morning.

Our small family unit stayed at the Inn for two nights, it was great! Bernadette was so welcoming and her lemon blueberry French Toast pancakes were the best I’ve ever had! The view out back was amazing both day and night. Can’t wait to go back (with hopes of more pancakes)!

Owners and staff are very friendly.||We were greeted pleasantly on our arrival. To the left was a beautiful table set up for eating. ||To the right was a well decorated welcoming room with complimentary water, coffee, and various beverages ||Through the hallway is a sitting room well decorated and with leather furniture.|| Upstairs, the rooms are meticulously decorated. Bed is very comfortable. The suite is amazing with extra space and a sitting area. Highly recommend!!!|| Breakfast is nothing short of amazing. You will not be disappointed. Sitting outside on the back porch, either relaxing at night or while eating breakfast, the views are breathtaking. Grounds are well groomed.|| We have stayed here twice and are already looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit the area.|| You will not find this great of hospitality in any five star hotel. ||Short drive to Weirs Beach and NH Pavillion for concerts. Very highly recommend staying here.
