Great value, but the toilet would not flush but a few times. I actually called room service and the receptionist seemed not to care and told me to come down and get the plunger. She did not have a nice demeanor at all when I got to the counter. She handed me the plunger and that was it. I will not be staying again. The check-in customer service was great, but whoever this woman was on night shift need to not have a job meeting the people without any customer/social skills. Why is she the face of Quality Inn?

Bargain priced, cleanest with huge rooms. This is our fourth stay, we enjoyed each of them.| The price ($74/night) is a bargain ( we travel a lot, 20-30 nights a year) and look forward to staying here. | Breakfast: what can I say, The best in the hotel business! Real eggs, real sausages and real potatoes served on REAL plates with real silverware. Fresh made NOT buffet food which might be a few hours old. I had the omelet with fresh cut vegetables, cheese and 4 real sausages. My wife s meal is pictured.| I am a wheelchair user, our two room suite with a big bathroom and roll-in shower was easy to navigate.| The hotel has a restaurant/bar but the room is quiet.| This award winning hotel sets the standard for Quality and Comfort hotels. I wish others cared as much about it’s guests and building maintenance | It’s a real deal. Why it’s rated so low is beyond me

Positive: Friendly staff Negative: The heater/air conditioner was extremely noisy. There was a horrible scent/air freshener piped into the room. Breakfast was underwhelming and no creamer for coffee.

I was looking for a hotel awhile back, and I chose this location. This place is nostalgic to me, because I remember being a little girl having a birthday party here. It’s nice to see the updates between then and now. The service was awesome and the small-town hospitality is hard to beat. The bathroom was so clean and so was the rest of the room and building. I unfortunately didn’t make it to breakfast, but the lady who checked me in sounded excited about it. It’s nice to know that when out-of-towners stop for a night or so, they will get a nice taste of Kankakee county.

I was staying alone, I felt very safe on the property and with the staff. I think they should label their rooms like Planet Hollywood in Vegas. If they did that my room would have been called the Blue's Clue room. I had a pink sofa with red polka dots and a green and blue striped chair. No coffee table. other than the incense and weird furniture patterns, this is a nice place to stay. The restaurant was a very nice place to grab a drink and eat. The staff was very pleasant, polite and professional.

Big Beautiful rooms, well maintained, roll in shower and the best pillows in the business. Professional friendly staff and a great REAL breakfast with REAL dishes, real silverware and a choice of five different dishes prepared by a REAL cook.
