We went thru the drive-thru tonight for supper and they accidently forgot a couple biscuits. We also found that some of our fries weren't as fresh as one of the small fries we had. We drove right back and they got us our fresh biscuits and even replaced our cold fries for fresh ones. I was very impressed with how quick they were to make it right and that does not go unnoticed! Great customer service!

Be careful with your order. It doesn't appear this company cares about its reviews. It certainly doesn't appear to value its customers. This new manager (the old one was fantastic) doesn't speak English well so he is extremely difficult to understand. He also doesn't understand English very well. When the order is incorrect and you tell him why, he blames you! He is rude and hung up the telephone. Overcharged me for an incorrect order so watch your order carefully. I'd give zero stars for the overall and the service if I could. I won't be frequenting this establishment any more.

It looks kinda run down and the staff wasn't all that friendly, but usually if that's the case then the food is going to be awesome. They did not disappoint. I'm definitely going back. Love that chicken from Popeyes 😆!!!

1. Drive thru doesn't take orders right, when they get to you.
2. Rude drive thru employee. Too busy talking to listen on her headset for what is being ordered. Had to repeat order twice. Counts wrong change back. Order to take 5 min, I park on the side. (I have NO problem having to wait for something!!)
3. Twenty two (22) minutes later, no sandwich. I go inside and am told they're making it now!
I took one bite and spit it out. The "just made" sandwich was ice cold. It's the absolute worst I've ever had. I'll never go again.
I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

Haven't been to this location in almost a year and will not be going back.....Why the hell would u put fries in a bag versus using the fry pouch it is suppose to hold your fries.Just threw in a bag who the hell does that.....The chicken sandwich was sloppy and not well put together...I will stick with the other location smh

Long waits even when not busy. Why am I parked for 25 minutes waiting for chicken tenders while the store is nearly empty. Staff always seems confused and untrained, and half the time by the time I get my food its cold.

I recently came to this location with a somewhat large order, and the man who took the order (who I think may have been the manager) was great! He tried to pair things together to get the best deal, and was very accommodating with the details in the order that would have normally frazzled another employee. He even sent out a free drink while we waited. Great job!
