Debbie is great! For the last 3 years it was fine until this year where there was a mistake in this years taxes that cost me to pay more money extra in top of what I had paid in April then the IRS charged me another $500 on top for penalties and fees. I had to call them because I was waiting in state refund. I had already paid my federal taxes. So I called the IRS and they said it wasn’t filed. I called (Mr Rude)Denton and he said it was a “mistake” where my older son was added to my taxes and shouldn’t of. I said ok so I’ll send The $500 in for the “mistake” but you need to take care of the penalties. That was on you. He told me to send in a letter first and the. We’ll go from there. Fast forward a month and IRS denied it. So I called Mr Denton back and he got so upset when I had to tell him the he would pay for it as I paid a service and that them not catching the error in time that they did was costing me over $500 and they should cover it. When I was trying to explain that I had called the IRS and they said my taxes also needed amended and they denied waiving the penalties he got super rude and yelled at me ! As I was explaining my situation he screamed “OKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK” trying to shut me up. I told him he didn’t have to yell at me or be rude as I was just trying to explain what all they said. And he kept going “yeah, yeah, yeah”! I am super frustrated and he has the audacity to get mad and scream at me! He said yeah yeah and hung up! NEVER EVER go to Mr Denton!

Taxes were done fine, but no knowledge of 1099s from social media (only from working a business) He was very rude and cocky. He questioned what we did with all our money because we wanted to make a payment plan to pay the 11k we owed. I won’t go back next year and I’ll always tell everyone that it was a terrible experience.

Last year I told them the IRS sent me back a check for the amount that we owed. They said don't cash it bring it to us and we will take care of it. We gave them the check and they did nothing with it. When I called becausethe IRS is now withholding this years taxes I was told you shouldn't have left the check here then. Even though they told us to. Was also told she is not a CPA so. Do not go here!!!!

Hard to give one star. We had them do our 1099s. Never again. Stop counting after the 4th time to have corrections made. When calling to express my disappointment I was questioned as to whether or not I had the correct location. We understand mistakes can be made as we gave them multiple chances but not again.

Dealt with Dale Johnson. Very unprofessional and rude. Now I'm questioning his ability to perform duties efficiently. I will not be going next year.

Horrible experience been using the company for the past 5 years and just down hill ... Debbie filed my taxes and she made a mistake and informed me I have to pay the state money from her mistake after Already receiving the refund.. Totally unacceptable
