This was my first time here and I ordered 4 steak tacos with a side of rice, to share with my wife. The total was $18.49, which I thought was expensive. The tacos were just OK; there was nothing about them that wowed me. The steak was more brown and boiled looking then seared. The 2 sauces that come with them are interesting. There is an oil based red pepper sauce that has no flavor except that of red pepper at the end. Then a green sauce that reminded me of a habanero salsa verde, I really liked the heat on this sauce. The inside of the restaurant is dingy looking. There is limited seating and a very small counter to order at without any seating to wait for your order. The lady that took my order was neither friendly nor unfriendly, and she was the only one I dealt with, so I cannot comment on any other staff.

It's my fault I always forget about y'all but shout out to the most consistent spot we have around here. I've never ate the same thing once but each time I say "Hey, you know what? That was good."

Went to the menu for food. The website is for sale. Came in got chips and salsa........salsa looks like buffalo sauce. Told the waitress I wanted a STEAK TORTA melanesia ........she asked me BEEF OR CHICKEN. Never heard of chicken steak. Salsa has no flavor. The meat for the steak torta melanesia is rubbery heard to chew. Salsa Verde is weak and taste like pureed green tomatoes. Most of the crowd looked like they were 50 years old plus during lunch rush hour. If you want tasteless Mexican food this is the place for you. If you want authentic Mexican food that tastes good this is not the place for you.

Great service and the chimichangas azteca is the way to go. Great tacos too. The fish is very good and a skirt steak is good but greasy so for me thats good. Plenty of food.
