What a hidden gem! I love the different seating options - cozy in the bar, bright and open in the four seasons room, and also a beautiful beer garden with couches and a fire pit. Lovely and clean atmosphere. Great for families or date night.

The new owner has cleaned up the place and added a bunch of really nice landscaping. Love it!

Food is impressive and fresh. Will be coming back very soon!

I lived here for over 30 years. First time stepping foot in this bar and I love it! Burger was amazing! The bartender was great. The atmosphere was fun! All around amazing! Will be back again and again.

Searched area for a "nice" sit down restaurant. Prairie House Tavern came up. Looked over menu and it seemed decent enough. Had to make a reservation so it must be a nicer place. Got there and turns out to be more of a neighborhood bar frequented by locals. Granted there was a more sit down section in the back but ended up in near empty bar area. Food was okay. Typical pub burger. Maybe if you like drinking and eating and not just eating this is a good place. Wasn't bad by any means but wasn't what I was expecting either especially after looking at their online menu. Plus side wait staff very responsive and friendly.

I cant tell you much about this place besides it being a local bar because as a tourist it was not for me and i felt it as soon as i walked in. Very uncomfortable from when i walked in till i left. I could see it being a cool spot for regulars but terrible first interactions for me.

Got to our hotel late this place only 1.5 miles away. Stopped for a drink and takeout food. Huge servings and wings were great. Bartender was helpful good crowd very casual

What an absolute pleasure to have hosted my husband’s birthday party at PHT. The owner Spiro was a delight to work with. He and his staff made sure everything was seamless and helped in every possible way.
The food was delicious , all my guests enjoyed the food and the ambience. It was a perfect place to host and celebrate my husband’s birthday.
Sure I will look to host more events in the near future.
