I stayed here for 13 weeks for a job. The location is wonderful, it’s close to a really nice neighborhood right next to a fire station (no siren noise complaints). There are a lot of long term residents, the only issues with that are being neighbors to someone that does not quiet their children screaming all day long and the pet owners have gotten comfortable with not picking up after their animals and even allowing it close enough to the entries it smells of poo…the staff is very friendly and very accommodating, including checking in on your pet while ur at work if need be. The halls remained clean (minus one woman who repeatedly left her trash out by her door until she was ready to take it out) lobby and laundry room were very clean. I only can speak on my room for cleanliness and comfortability, but was both! Close to a ton of shopping and restaurants including the mall. I’d stay here again

I stayed here for business. But I feel the hotel needs upgrade in everything. It is decent. The location is what made me chose this over others in the area since I do not like driving in heavy traffic. But very budget friendly. They stated breakfast bar which is very basic coffee set up you can see at any hotel available for 24/7; however, it is only available there at 6-9 AM. Other than that I would recommended this hotel for any people traveling on budgets.

be very careful with this hotel, book a week ago on 11/24/24 Sunday, arrive at 11:00 and there was no one on the reservation attending they were closed, call customer service and they never solved anything for me, I left because on reservation there was no one., I can not imagine who would go to if an accident happened in their facilities, they would call the police and break the posts to enter the hotel. because nobody is in services.

Our family has been staying here for quite some time. The staff, facilities, and atmosphere here are wonderful! They are an extremely clean hotel with every other week cleanings and on off weeks of cleanings there are room inspections to help maintain cleanliness for long term guests. The rooms are large and with a working kitchen and full fridge you can't go wrong! They have an on-site laundry for all guests. There is always someone to help you at any hour when booking or just need help with a room key that's not working.

We can't thank Laurenn and the rest of the staff enough for a safe, clean, cheap, and comfortable stay these last few months! You all have been amazing to each of us! Thank you!

Great location for when I visit for work. Always very friendly. It just needs an update, looking a bit dated but it’s always very clean. Never had an issue.

Nice enough staff, the worst extended stay I’ve stayed in ever and I’ve traveled for work to multiple states. This business assumes people travel with their own pots and pans, dinner ware, flatware, coffee pots, there’s no shampoo, no soap, no glasses, no paper towels, no Kleenex, no food onsite. No hand towels for the bathroom, no dish soap, no scrubbers for dishes. Take out your own trash to the dumpster out back or you get charged. But hey at least they have hot water! They took spirit airlines business model of pay extra for basic needs and ran with it!!! If you like dirty, moldy, places that charge for everything get in now before they charge for the oxygen you breathe while onsite!!! THIS IS SPARTA!!!!!!!
