Platinum Events was amazing! The whole day flowed smoothly. Jack was very professional. When we had our meeting before the wedding, I could tell he looked over all of our information we sent him. He basically already had the whole night planned before our meeting. He was very flexible as well. I had special requests, and he made sure to follow those. All night, the guests couldn’t stop bragging about how smoothly the night was going. If you are looking for a professional team to help make a night special, platinum events is the way to go.

This review is long overdue...Platinum Events is by far the best design house in Chicago. From the floral, to the decor, to the lighting, Platinum Events has it all. Justin and Pavel were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. We knew that we were lucky to have worked with Justin and his team the minute we walked into our first meeting. They truly care for their clients and their attention to what we wanted was remarkable. From the initial presentation, to the walk through, to the Big Day, everything was meticulously put together. Planning a wedding can be very stressful and time-consuming, so having a great team is beyond important. Having Justin and his team on our side was a life-saver. They delivered everything that we had asked for, and gave us our dream wedding. It was nothing less than breathtaking!

I hired Platinum Events for a major event with 300+ attendees and CEO-level keynote speakers at a very upscale venue in downtown Chicago. While the skyline was beautiful on its own, the Platinum team amazed me when I saw how magical the scenery became! From exquisite center pieces, intimate candlelight, gorgeous accent lighting, walking into the room was like walking into a dream. Our attendees were business professionals between the ages of 25-40 and Platinum's DJ had the perfect playlist for our event, totally upbeat and appropriate. It turned our event into a memorable, fun and highly successful night! I still get compliments on the ambiance that was created by Platinum, and how professional everything was. I met the director of Platinum Events, Justin Jacobson, to plan a 60th birthday party for my mother. I could immediately tell that he was experienced and could create a unique theme for her party. I interviewed other services and they did not make me feel as confident as Platinum Events. None of them had ideas that were as creative either.

I was nervous the day of the event not knowing how it would turn out due to past experiences with other companies, but it was absolutely breathtaking and the process that day couldn't have flowed more smoothly. From the lounge furniture to the little gold accents on the candle votives, the decorations fit perfectly for the guests and the theme of this event. I also could not believe how fresh and vibrant the flower arrangements were. They looked like they were just picked out of a garden when delivered that day. The party surpassed our expectations. Everything was beautiful and went according to the plan that they originally presented to me. I would highly recommend them for any type of occasion whether big or small. I am excited to share I am using them this fall for a bridal shower and I can not wait to see the newest trends and designs they have in store for me!
