During a phone call to discuss an urgent matter, I was not only met with a lack of professionalism but was also rudely hung up on mid-conversation. This behavior is indicative of a severe lack of customer service standards and a disregard for basic courtesy.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to address my concerns. Unfortunately, CP Management has demonstrated a clear failure in this regard. Their actions have left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.
