It is indeed an odd / inconvenient location. You can park in the bike / shoulder lane to check in at the customer pickup door, so long as you're not blocking any docks / drives. There's a small lot directly across, but it's got full height curbs around most of it. Note that there isn't really any turn around all the way down Gateway Ct. Use the property on St. Cloud. Capstone lumpers. If they hadn't lost my bills I might have been done sooner, but otherwise average speed, and friendly folks. If Kwik Trip is your next stop, just go back to George St. and east across Gillette, and left at River Valley

It’s a dangerously parking area. Backing into the door is extremely chaotic and unsafe. But it’s not these guys fault. It’s just location. As they grow I hope they move to a safer location for drivers. Come in from St Cloud street. Then turn around in Gateway Court (side street) which will give you a safer spot to open doors. Capstone lumper fee wasn’t bad. 4pm appointment. They do will call from M-F 8:30am to 4pm so I’m glad Receiving took me right away. Damn broker gave me the last possible appointment timeframe.

7 am appointment they gave door 10, begin 11. For restroom ask receiving guy, he provide for you to inside. Thanks to him. Other buildings don't let me use restroom for ablution before praying

Was 3 and a half hrs late for my delivery appointment on Thanksgiving Eve. My company stayed in contact and received me as soon as I arrived. Staff was very friendly. Was in and out about an hour. Only bad part is backing across street to get to the docks.

Pretty decent place. Reasonable unload times and reasonable lumper prices. Not much place to park close by to checkin. Parking on the street would turn things into a cluster. There is a small lot for 4-5, not for overnight, directly across. If you go 1/4 mile past the place, there is a nice wide spot to do what ya need to do. Docks are set up to back in from the street. If you don’t have your big boy britches on, may want to bring a diaper and a pacifier.

No overnight parking. Checkin by dock 7. They have lumper fee. And no parking anywhere but got unloaded in 3 hours so wasn't that bad except for the cross traffic in front of the docks. Backing in wasn't that bad.

Limited space for parking. You have to block traffic on both directions to dock in…no other option which is not safe.

Pulled up on street to check in guy met me outside than told me to park in lot if I could get in or park on side street that is no parking but trucks do anyway, it's a pfs/ reinhart so the rest is always the same maybe a wait maybe not I'm sure lumpers are ridiculous expensive. Only 3 stars do to location and parking.
