The physical condition of this hotel is great. The building is like new, with no downsides noticed. The room was large and pleasant. Having cooking equipment is a great plus.
The staff at this hotel is extremely good. They are friendly while at the same time efficient and saw to it that our needs were met. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

Staff was courteous and pleasant, The room was spacious and temp control was great. The only complaint I have is that when I took my turtleneck off and laid it on the couch, and later when I picked it up to move it, it was covered with pet hair. I accidentally dropped my suit coat on the floor in front of the couch and it also was covered in pet hair. Someone has recently stayed in the room that had a pet(s) and it did not get cleaned thoroughly. My wife and I do not have a pet , so the hair did not come from our home.

This Candlewood is clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. The appliances were in very good shape making it easy to prepare on the stove, oven or microwave. The location is close to downtown with many restaurants within 1 to 2 miles. A Festival Market is within walking distance without leaving the adjoining parking lot. Free parking also at this convenient location

I made a last minute reservation and I'm so thankful I chose Candlewood. Late check in was quick and easy. Our room was spotless and warm. The hotel was quite and close to everything we needed. Corey at the front desk was extremely friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was a room that had it all far a nice getaway, wish we had stayed longer. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom had all that we needed. They had lots of things you could check out from their cupboard to make your stay more pleasant.

Save your money and stay elsewhere. Not sure how this hotel is in the IHG Network, a lot of protocols are not folled. Hopefully, not all Candlewoods are like this 'en. Highly disappointing experience.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. The renovation seems to have been done on a tight budget, and it shows. The rooms, hallways, and elevators are all dirty, making the entire place feel grimy and uninviting. The bathrooms are poorly stocked with essentials, making it even more frustrating.

We loved our stay at Candlewood. The staff was incredibly friendly. The amenities were great as well. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved being able to have a full kitchen for a great price. Would definitely recommend!

Upon arrival the room felt like it was 85 degrees with the thermostat set at 72. I turned off the heat and went to fan and opened the window to cool it down.

When showering, the wet bathtub floor became quite slippery yielding a falling potential.
