We have stayed here 3 times and just booked online again for this summer. Best location, friendly accommodating staff, complimentary breakfast is nice, pool is nice, rooftop sitting area is nice, it’s just great all around. I’ve tried a bunch of places in hampton and they’ve all been nice places but this one is my favorite.

This is an older hotel with upgrades. The rooms are clean and well kept, they have coffee and light breakfast items in the morning. The views from ocean side rooms are amazing ! The staff are very accommodating! The owner is a top notch guy and a great person.

What an amazing stay at this fabulous location; they're a real busy resort; so please have patience as move in and move outs are fast and furious. You cannot beat parking your car in a lot for a week and just simply enjoy the beach and fine sand that sits across the street from this spot. The Rages are a fantastic Family ownership that truly care about your stay. Now remember; it is family friendly, so there will be children enjoying the pool and pool area, so be patient, we were all kids once.|Enjoy the many restaurants and bars that line the boardwalk as well as the arcade for the kids and frankly, for the kids in all of us too.|I will be returning for the SeaFood Fest this September, another great time that is a great take. |Now the Pelham is fairly booked up, so if your lucky to get a room, please enjoy your stay.

The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and pleasant. They were courteous. We had a great ocean view on the balcony. Loved having coffee in the mornings watching sunrise. Will most certainly go again. As a matter of fact we are going in August.

Very small room and very small bathroom. The entire hotel is not handicap accessible. Stairs are steep! Lot of traffic noise and blinds did not filter the light. Awake most of the night because of light and noise. Breakfast is bare essentials. Coffee, yogurt, cereal and pastries.

I had stopped by Hampton beach to grab I bite to eat during the seafood festival and I had lost my wallet. Luckily the owner found my wallet outside on the side walk and called me the next morning, I came by a few hours later to pick it up. It’s nice to know there’s still honest people in this world. I’m very thankful that he was very kind and went out of his way to make sure my wallet was returned to me. This not only shows me that he’s a good person but I am sure he would do anything to accommodate his guests at this hotel. Highly recommended this place based on the actions of the owner. Thankyou again, you saved me a major inconvenience. God bless

We really loved it here! We stayed on the Motel side of things at the Pelham. ||LOCATION: It is right on the beach! It is located on Ocean Boulevard. What a great location!||ROOM: The room we had was nice, clean, a bit small (but we wanted that, to keep it affordable, and it was affordable!). Free Wi-Fi! And the Air Conditioning system was one of those new mini-split units that was super quiet & efficient! The beds were clean, but a slightly squeaky box spring, lol. But everything was super here - nice!||PRICE: As stated above = one of the few affordable places right on the beach!||STAFF: The owner is nice, as is the rest of the staff. ||FOOD: And they had a continental breakfast every morning, which was included in the price. Standard fare, and sometimes they ran out of the healthier low-fat yogurts (it was towards the end of the season, so it was to be expected), but otherwise perfect! ||EXTRA'S: They have a nice deck out front, facing ocean boulevard (nice!). They have a heated swimming pool in the back, which is nice if you have younger kids that you want to keep close, and safe. And they own the big building next door (I think they call it the Suites?). In any case, when they have fireworks, you can go up to that roof, and watch with a spectacular view. You can go any night, and enjoy the view & atmosphere. ||RECOMMENDED = I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the beach, for the price.

6 weeks out .. My husband was submitted to the ICU on life support and I canceled my reservation this evening and was told no exception to the policy! Shame on you and the woman hung up on me.. Absolutely deplorable!

Adding to this
They issued my partial refund to an old credit card they had on file and tried to say it was what I used to book my room even though I was literally looking at the charge on my new card statement. Incredibly rude and incompetent . Will share my experience with anyone who is visiting Hampton. Plenty of other places to stay!
