Very clean room, very comfortable bed. It had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Good water pressure and fast hot water. Interior dated but still enjoyable place to stay. Had overhead heat lamps in the bathroom. AC/heat was average for noise. Quiet place to sleep with no road noise.

We love this place! So peaceful! Ms Edna is awesome and sweet. Everyone is friendly. Clean hotel. Stove, fridge, kitchen sink, dishes all available with an awesome view! Gazebo with coffee and a drink machine to sit and watch some TV! Great to just walk around! Sunsets are AMAZING! Peacocks have been there for many years and are always a treat for us to see! Thank you for the stay! Hope to see y'all again!!

Absolutely the best example of old Florida from years ago. Large live oak trees, peacocks roaming the property, boganvilla's, large Rhododendrums, waterfront views of the Gulf, old Floida construction. It was wonderful to wake up and smell the clean ocean breeze.

Nothing for anyone who is handicapped, bathroom 🚻, entrance, room, Nothing but loose sand, not wheelchair friendly, NOTHING IS HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY!!!! Never will I ever recommend this place, Very beautiful place but you better bring everything that you want otherwise everything is expensive, $21.00 basic hamburger 🍔

My husband and I were referred to this place by fellow travelers, so we decided to check it out and ended up spending a night. What a charming little place right on the water. Ms. Edda is the sweetest lady and the peacocks make you feel like you’re on a tropical island. The coffee bar outside is sweet. I would definitely recommend!

The room was older and kind of outdated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. I could literally see the bay from the bed.

Recommend a stay with here nice and peaceful. Coffee and honey buns waiting on you when you rise! Miss Edda is the sweetest Lady . Our car broke down in East Point and she saved the day with a room and at a lower rate because she new our situation. Will always be grateful to her for her kindness
