Super clean rooms, great showers, comfortable bed. Cute little cottages. The gentleman that checked us in was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening, past check in, with a Uhaul and a trailer. He helped us park, and came out in the morning , and helped us get safely out of the parking lot. Wonderful, quiet and comfortable stay.

Positive: I made a complaint about the room hotel. It?s nothing matches. What?s on record and still have heard nothing. Negative: The room had no curtain. No futon pictured did not fit them. Amount of people that were supposed to be accommodated in the room pictures do not match the hotel room deplorable complaint still haven?t heard anything.

Positive: absolutely nothing. Negative: EVERYTHING. There were immigrants that live year round, the place had not been cleaned in years. The room was infested with spiders and Centipedes. One bite from a Centipede would have led to me using my epi-pen and/or in the emergency room.

The gentleman working the desk was so nice, the room was super clean, smelled great, and the bed was comfortable. Love these types of hotels. Inside the rooms of some cute older touches and nice wood walls but are also nicely remodeled. Close to interstate, coffee shop, and good value!

The cottages are ok, but stay away from the motel part.. Spiders, roaches, weird smells. And they still haven't processed the refund they agreed to issue me over a month later, after multiple reminders spanning weeks! To hell with this place, I thought they were trying to be accommodating but it's all just a money grab

We booked this place because of the Price and location. We stayed in Room #6. It was basically clean but could use a little more"tender loving care". A little more of a deep cleaning. There was dust on the back side of the Lamp shades. The bed was a tad bit uncomfortable....It was a King size but had 2 separate smaller platforms or box springs and you could feel the hard center piece. The mattress needs replacing as it slopes and the sides. Our overall stay was sufficient for our one night stay. It had a microwave and a small fridge which was just what was needed. It was nothing elaborate but I would stay there again.

Absolutely Beautiful ! Nice cabin on a nice piece of property. Very close to Rye Beach New Hampshire and York Beach Maine. Lots of restaurants in Portsmouth Maine. I met the owner / father / grandfather. Very cool well traveled gentleman that checked me in. Yes Bathroom is small w stand up shower. It's a cabin for 100 a night in one of the nicest places on the East Coast. Comfortable beds n little kitchen to make sandwiches. Only downside is they pool is out of use indefinitely. They need to remove the pool picture. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and a very nice family owned business. Thank You. We will be back. Definitely check out Old Gunquit Beach. Beautiful!

We stayed on 8/17 it was a super last minute booking. We were greeted with kindness and our room was so cute and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. My husband and I go to NH every year but we will now start staying in Kittery. Such a sweet room. Felt like a home not a room. Price was very affordable as well!
