My family of 5 stayed in cabin 101 for 2 nights of our 4 night/5 day vacation and we absolutely LOVED it! Had everything we needed. A a cute little covered deck with chairs, pullout sofa, table for 4, kitchen sink, cupboards, a refrigerator, microwave and stand, utensils and pots/pans, a small oven and cook top, bathroom with a sink, toilet and stand up shower, and 2 queen beds with A/C in the bedroom plus a closet for storage! They even have a guest laundry room on site. My kids were begging to stay longer but we already had other reservations at a hotel. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Other guests are friendly too! I will definitely stay here again. The price is just right and doesn’t drain your bank. Housekeeping is wonderful and the cabin was extremely clean.

Excellent value with New England Charm - wonderful staff. Recent renovations. Stayed here many times over the past ten years and have always found it ideal for my needs. Individual cabins with kitchenettes and private bath. Parking and easy access to freeways as well as outlet shopping. Good internet service, too. Looking forward to when I next get back to Kittery / Portsmouth area so I can stay with them again.

My family have met here for 4 summers to vacation and shop . The staff here go out of their way to may sure your stay is a pleasant one. I love that the site is safe for my young children to go outside and play. We have stayed in a number of cabins and like the 2 room with kitchenete the best. the place is clean and the one year we didn't stay there for our trip we regreted it. Plan to go back next summer . Its close to everything. Its not a 5 star but you really feel like home here. have recomended Litson's to many people. Good try it for yourself and you will see!!!

Nice and clean little lodge with very friendly service. Was looking for a space that would accommodate me and my mother for a visit to my son. These little cabins were a great find and affordable. Lots of things to do close by. Well kept and clean.

My sister and cousins have travelled to Litson villas the past 3 years in the fall. We have stayed in the 2 bedroom large unit twice and Villa with 2 dbl beds and pullout once.||For the price this location makes our trip a must! We just cant beat it! We love to bring our own food and prepare our coffee. It is so close to Kittery outlets and Portsmouth for a fancier night out.||The accomadations are clean and well kept.||I only gave this location an average rating due to a bit of stress we had last year. We booked our room well in advance as there were 6 ladies going and we needed the large cabin. They called several times closer to trip trying to get us to switch to other cabins as I believe they had other long term guest needing this cabin. Then magically the room was no longer available after we had twice declined offer. Then after several phone calls a wonderful staff memeber apoligied for confusion and guarenteed we would now be back in our original room!||||If your a fly by the seat of your pants person - this probably would not cause you any stress but it did me. HOWEVER once there - EVERYTHING ran smoothly - we had no problems and it was a great vacation

The reviews on Tripadvisor steered me to this property as small private cabins are my preference when available. This property is extremely clean and the owners are very friendly.||The cabin I rented couldn't have been any better although a bit on the small side.||We travel with our dog and this is definitely a pet friendly environment. ||Nice, clean and quiet.

My wife and I booked two nights to stay here thinking it was close to the shopping area and looked to be a nice place to stay. When we arrived they said they let someone in the cottage we were to have and they had another one we could stay in.We left after the first night at 6am. The bed was hard as concrete and the room was small. Barely enough room to get by the bed without hitting your the heater. The bathroom was a shower and toilet and had to use the kitchen sink to wash after using the bathroom.||We left a note at the office with contact info and never recieved an email.

My biggest complaint is the extremely small hot water heaters. Not enough hot water for one long hot shower. Not even close. Housekeeping services must be requested on a daily basis. The unit I stayed in needs a fresh coat of paint on the inside and a good carpet cleaning. There is no air conditioning so if you need a nice cool room to sleep in forget it if it has been warm. Also the bed squeaked excessively loudly. I think the box spring may have worn out when Paul Revere stayed there. Needless to say I will not be staying there again and would advise against it.
