I found the efficiency rooms refreshed with modern updated but appeared veneer as some surfaces felt bubbled, the bed felt b like sleeping I've old springs over cracked wood, the basic mini fridge and television set were up to date, the best feature is crisp the bathroom, plenty of towels and nicely set up bright. Moderately priced for weekly stays and has decent ground , just need more daily maintenance, overall a nice place in a Kronos location.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time staying at Mari-Anne Motel. Our host Gary was absolutely amazing, he was always available for us with great suggestions on places to go and best places for great deals on food specials, Charlie's Pub for $5.00 burgers on Thursdays and $1.00 chicken wings Sunday YUM!! We had the Deluxe Apt Room which was very clean and fit us three girls just fine!!! Met a lot of great peep staying in the rooms near us that were so much fun and friendly. I see this women gave Gary a very bad review but DO NOT believe her lies as I was there at the same time as she was and Gary did everything he could to appease this woman. Thank you Gary... Linda, Patti and I will be back again in the early Summer for sure. Hope you enjoyed my scalloped potatoes!!!! Have a safe winter. God Bless.

Stayed here in the fall before an Al Gauron fishing trip and it was perfect. Loved the location, easy to find, and close to the beach. The host was very nice with lots of food recommendations. You might even get a glimpse of the resident cat at check in.

Gary is awesome! He really takes care of his guests. The rooms are clean, and Gary is available for anything extra you might need. This is our second stay here and we will keep coming back. The very best part is that it's a walk across the road to get on the boat and 5 min walk to the beach. It perfectly located short walks to the restaurants. Definitely the best place to stay!

The location was good but I was very disappointed with the room. There was so much wrong from feeling like your in a dungeon to dirty mattresses dirty dishes bathroom door that dosent close loud noisy place the pictures of the rooms on the site were 100 percent better then what we received. I didn't dislike the manager but every time I spoke to him he sounded very put out because I booked through the internet he continued to complain about who I booked through. In all mylife of getting hotels and motels this is by far the worse experience I have ever had. I don't know what the rest of the hotel was like but wow that room we had was a joke please when booking this motel make sure of where you room is located and be cautious of booking through one of the sites like Expedia, booking.com, etc. Manager dose not seem to like it much when you do. If could give this 0 stars I would.

We had a great and very fun stay at the Mari-Anne hotel this August. It is very close to the beach however, it is a bit far to the stage where things are happening at night (about 15 walking minutes). Gary the manager told us he upgraded us when we checked in. However honestly, we didn’t notice the upgrade (to a queen bed?). The bed was quite small but we slept very well. It is a comfortable bed. There is a refrigerator in the room and everything seemed clean.There is a barbecue in the yard which everyone can use and we used it every night and some comfy chairs, and the facility has a peaceful vibe and feels off the beaten track. The rooms are quite small. Reduced star rating is only due to the room size, and the manager is a bit of a diva and developed an attitude when we asked him more than one things at once (so I’d suggest you don’t stress him out). However, he will help out with anything you ask him- he also gave us extra towels when we checked in which was super nice and went out of his way when we had some small issues. We will definitely stay there again!! One more important thing is that parking is no problem at this place, whereas at most other motels they would limit the parking space and you cannot even move your car. Great plus!!!

Gary was a wonderful host. Couldn't do enough for us. I mentioned it might be nice to have a toaster and a coffee maker in the apartment. The next day, there was a knock at the door, and there on the mat was a toaster and a coffee maker. Amazing.

Without a doubt the best bargain at Hampton Beach! Gary is a great manager, professional, friendly and accomodating. The motel is clean, quiet and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The courtyard is a great bonus: chairs to relax, a grill and an ice machine. If you're looking for a bite to eat I suggest Wok the Wok and Charlies Tap House, the burger and steak skewers at Charlies were great and the drinks were just as good. Wok the Wok had terrific food and even better drinks! Both of these restaurants were literally across the street from the Mari Anne. When you are planning your next visit to Hampton do not overlook this charming unique motel, you will not be disappointed.
