We rented a large vacation cabin in July for our family of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. The location is great, the cabin is beautiful, and the lake shallow and clear. However, we had several issues right from the start (oven not working upon arrival, dumpster completely full, unable to use the dock/swimming area for most of Saturday and more) and none were resolved until the 4th day of our stay, and a couple not at all. We were in contact with the hosts from the 1st night and every day - communicating some items before we arrived would have better prepared us upon arrival. For the comfort of guests and for the amount of money paid for the rental we felt as though things should have been handled differently.

The setting of this cabin is impeccable. Cabins are extremely clean and sleeping lay out is perfect for large family or multiple families. We stay in 2 to 3 cabins a year to just get away. This stay was by far our best in a long time. Would recommend this cabin to anyone and everyone. Booking and communication was very smooth with them too. They want your experience to be relaxing from time of sign up to departure.

This cabin was amazing! It was clean and offers great views. I would recommend this cabin to my family and friends. Manage Cabins will not let you down. Awesome to work with and very responsive! Wish there were more businesses like them. Can't wait to work with them again on another family vacation.

Manage Cabins takes the worry out of vacation property ownership. They professionally assist me, the property owner, with all aspects of my vacation rental. They are prompt in answering any questions; their owner’s portal is an excellent tool for watching the progress of my rental property; and they have access to any services needed to maintain and/or improve the property. I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about anything. My property is booked solid yet it still looks great. Better yet, Manage Cabins has made it a profitable business for me. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my property management.

We were looking to get away from the house but still keep our distance and our cabin in Hayward was perfect. Everything was clean and well maintained and the views were gorgeous. I will definitely go again next summer.

Wonderful family vacation at Ravensong cabin. Jon was really helpful with booking the house. The cabin was clean, in a quiet neighborhood on the lake and had everything we needed to relax and reconnect with our college age children.

I booked a reservation with them for a weekend this summer. After accepting our booking and charging my payment they cancelled the reservation, saying that the owner "changed his mind" about renting for only two days, insisting on four days minimum. This is extremely unprofessional and is no different than holding somebody up for more money. The company was also very unapologetic and unprofessional; basically say "tough, we're allowed to do this."
