This review is for unit 306, it’s a 3rd floor WALK UP, no elevator. Do not rent if you are disabled, zero accommodations. Room advertised as a queen bed “1 bedroom” Was actually a double bed, studio. Light bulb missing in ceiling pot light. Screen for patio door has a huge hole so couldn’t leave it open. Mini blinds have a section missing. Nail sticking up on transition strip between room and bathroom. Can only see the TV from the bed, not the couch. All furnishings and finishes are worn and very dated, like we took a Time Machine to the 1970’s. Bed mostly blocks passage to the balcony, can barely get in and out.

Good location but service was not good. We ordered 3 adults to sleep. Yes, there are quilt for one bed (2 people), but the sofa had not quilt, it only was a pure sofa. So how to sleep to 3rd people in this room? The WIFI was so terrible. we must went to 1st or 2nd floor corridor to use Internet. You can't find any hotel staff in there in 2 days.

My wife and I wanted to stay at Hampton beach for a few days so we decided on Sea Forever at Jonathan's Hotel. Check-in was very simple and it was nice to have a numbers lock and not have to worry about carrying keys or a card to get in. As I entered the room I looked around and noticed it was very clean but also very small. It came with a Murphy style bed which was pretty comfortable to my surprise. There were plenty of towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. The shower was clean with a hand held shower spout which was awesome. We also had a keurig coffee maker which came with coffee pods and creamers. ||||The place was very well decorated but the TV is placed in a strange place but still works for the space. It has comcast cable which I was very happy about seeing a lot of places we rent have streaming devices which are crappy with hardly any stations. The place is made for one or two people at best, is in a quiet area of Hampton and across from beach access. My biggest complaint would be the beach across has a TON of seaweed and lots and lots of rocks which makes it not good to swim. You would have to walk about a half mile to get to the good sandy area of the beach.||||Now lets get to the prize of the place, and that's the deck and views. There are sliding doors that will take you out to a small deck with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, my only gripe would be that they are not private decks. The place itself is a bit further up from the man area of Hampton Beach which is about a 1 mile walk. So keep that in mind if you are an older person, out of shape, have young children or hate walking long distances. There are a ton of places to eat and even a convenience store within walking distance.||||I did have a bit of a concern about the musty smelling hallway and the flights of stairs. Also, there were a few shady looking characters staying there as well. We noticed these two guys that would sit in their white work van with no shirt on for hours in the parking lot out front of the building. Then they would pull into the parking spot out back for the night. I was so concern about that I would walk with my wife anytime she took the trash out or needed something in the car.||||All in all, if your a couple that wants to get away for a few nights, wants quietness and don't mind a bit of a walk this place is for you. It's very clean, easy to check-in, has beautiful views and a nice deck for some late afternoon drinks or early morning coffee. For my wife and I, we appreciate what the owners have and loved our stay but prefer something a bit closer to the main area and something much bigger so were not bumping into each other. ||||A very big thank you to MayJane for hosting us such a beautiful and clean room.

It 's well located on Ocean Blvd with easy access to the beach by walk. Price was very reasonable for the season. The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. My only concern, i slept on the sofa bed and it was by far the worst sofa bed I have ever slept on. I did'nt expect to sleep as we sleep on a king bed...but there is a limit! With a better sofa bed, my stay would be almost perfect!

Remodeled great place to stay. Clean comfortable ,excellent accomidations for your money. Free parking ,very clean. Refrigerators TV Ac so. Ice more .Had the 3rd floor room ocean front spectacular views all day and night in season and off . The best staff ...Louise.... in the area Louise has answers to all your questions and goes above and beyind to,help every person who stays their . I will be back again soon . You have to stay there for yourself .Give Louise a call and ask her anything you have a question about

Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom was good but rest of the room could Use some updating and couch should be removed. Side of motel had water damage so no access to the balcony. Balcony Not safe. Cleaner that others on the beach. Liked the location. A little walk to the boardwalk but not too far.

From check in to check out, Louise and her staff, Adam and Marta, made it seamless. We appreciated the efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Located on the North end of beach, less crowded, quieter, 12 min walk to center of main street. Take a stroll to Little Jack's for dinner. Highly recommended.

We had a top floor, corner room, this visit. Room overlooked the ocean. Was very clean and most comfortable. Perfect view of the Wednesday night fireworks display. Jonathan's is slightly away from all the hustle-bustle of the main boardwalk area but close enough to walk there. We have stayed here before and will again.
