I was worried about the sound of planes passing overhead since it's right by the airport but we never heard them. The onsite laundry was great, all of the appliances worked well and it was comfortable. Also the provided breakfasts were really great for a hotel. It got a bit noisy when a whole kids hockey team showed up but the hotel isn't to blame for that. 40 kids under 10 years old will be loud lol

First the fire alarm when off at 12:00 midnight because of poor maintenance on there system. One hour in the cold in my car. All the customers were in the parking lot in there cars for 45 minutes to an hour. My room was not serviced after 3 nights and I ask Susan at front desk to be sure to get it done but when I returned late that night nothing had been done clean in my room so I moved across the street to Spring Hill by Marriott . Great hotel and never again at this Hilton property again.

The one night I spent at Homewood Suite was not bad as hotels go but I was unimpressed by the complimentary breakfast, lacked imagination and appeal. I appreciate that it was complimentary but a lot more could have been done to make it more appealing. The sausage and the scone came in one and two, nothing else offered made the grade. Besides that, the stay was not bad and would consider doing it again if I had to.

It is unreasonable for a small-town hotel, neither located in a downtown area nor a resort, to impose a daily parking fee on its guests.

Additionally, despite multiple reminders, housekeeping services were not provided, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, there was ice on the walkway, and no salt was applied, creating a safety hazard for guests.

Rooms were recently renovated and designed nicely. We booked a suite bjg enough for 9 people/2 families to celebrate new years. We were very disappointed to learn the pool was closed due to an unforseen freak accident earlier in the day affecting the pool's filter system. We planned on making spaghetti dinner since the suite had a nice kitchen, however, one of the burners was broken, the bigger burner of the two of course. After an hour of trying to boil a pot of water on a tea kettle sized burner we gave up and ordered pizza. We really enjoyed the open living space between the 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds in each with their own bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and had nice down feathered comforters and pillows. All in all, we made the best of our time here and enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel well located by the airport. The bed was very comfortable. We had a suite with a separate living area with sofa, TV, kitchen area with fridge. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good (they had almond milk which was a huge plus for me). I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here on 12/7/24 & 12/12/24...did the park ride & fly. Let me just say the front desk agents(Susan & Claire) were extremely professional and Claire had the shuttle driver pick is up at the airport promptly. The hotel and rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay both nights and definitely will stay here and recommend to others

Was sadily disappointed by the condition of the pool it was green and looked like alge all over the bottom and walls. (There was also light bulbs out above the pool all but 1.) minor drywall touch up spots that could be fixed on the walls. Dead bugs and hair all over the floor in the pool area. This place seems to be lacking in the maintenance program. I would expect this from a cheaper hotel but given the price a night you would expect better. I'm not even upset...I'm disappointed
