This hotel was conveniently located from our work site and were hospitable. I praise the hotel and Mr. Plummer for allowing us to leave one of our coworkers in quarantine for longer than typically allowed while we were at work. Our coworker had been to the doctor and tested negative for everything; however, the doctor said he needed to quarantine, so the hotel was very accommodating and we are thankful for that. It also snowed a decent amount while we were there and they scraped the parking lot clean before the morning. Good job and thank you for all your assistance.

Chris(he was the Manager on Duty)was extremely accommodating and helpful for our stay, including early check in.||Room was nice, and beds comfortable. Coffee as you come in the lobby as well an excellent selection of drinks & snacks.||We'll definitely be back again soon as my fiancé starts radiation treatments for cancer. ||Thank you again Hampton Inn Concord/Bow

Very impressed with the staff and the pet friendly atmosphere. Our room was clean and quiet. My pup felt like a queen! Thank you for the hospitality, and the welcoming touch on the tv screen recognizing my status was also so very sweet! (Although I'm simple, I don't care about status... just respect) great staff! Thank you!

Excellent location, well taken care of hotel. Plenty of luggage carts, easily accessible parking lot with enough space, quiet, and everyone working here was very friendly. Rooms are updated, comfortable, and clean, and the bathrooms are as well. Ice machines work well, and the pool was VERY warm. Breakfast was good, many options, even a non dairy milk option for cereal/coffee. We will be back!

When we checked in and went to put stuff in the refrigerator we noticed it was growing mold. We called the front desk and a nice man came and replaced the fridge.

The ac/heat unit leaked the entire time we were there and the floor in an entire corner of the room was soaked with several standing puddles of water.

We checked in on a Thursday and checked out on a Monday and never had the room serviced at all even though it stated would be serviced every other day.

We only had to kill one cockroach running from the drain in the bathroom. We were in room 259 but not sure with the issues if any of the others are in any better shape.

Normally Hampton/Hilton hotels are the only place we stay but will be looking for a new place in Concord. For the price you would not expect all the problems at this location.

It was a pleasant hotel in a convenient location. We had a room with two queen beds on the 4th floor. We stayed for one night. I really liked being able to check in using the mobile app. We checked in late and the room was ready and cool. I appreciated that the room had a shower instead of a tub/shower combo. The breakfast was alright. However, there was only one waffle maker for such a large hotel, which caused a long line. The breakfast was typical of a Hampton Inn. I also appreciated the noon check-out time. We had a room above the lobby, but we didn't hear any noise. It was a peaceful stay. If we're in the area again, we will definitely return.

**WARNING**** I booked this a hotel through a 3rd party (booking.com) - my total was less than $300. 4 days after I check out, my credit card was charged $782, unauthorized. I called the hotel and they told me 3 times that they don't see the charge on their end and to call my bank instead. I called my bank and while speaking to them I get a call from the hotel stating that they DO see the charge and will be processing a refund... I received no apology of any sort nor an explanation of why my card was charged more than 2x my total stay. Fast forward a week later, I called the hotel again and they told me to again contact the bank because it shows refunded on their end. I waste my time once again by contacting my bank and they see the refund was cancelled/declined by the hotel. I'm having to jump hoops to get this charge removed when I never authorized it to begin with. At this point, I'm going to file a fraudulent report for this unauthorized charge.
