Have been coming to this holiday Inn for many years, finding rooms comfortable clean with a attached old-fashioned diner for your dining pleasure. Shuttle is so convenient to the airport and From. I’d like to give a kudos to Scott who was the shuttle driver who brought us back. We got to our car to find our battery was dead. Without hesitation he stepped in and helped us bringing his own truck to help jump our car. Very thoughtful and helpful, making the last leg of our trip not a disaster. Thank you, Scott. Hope you are recognized for this act of kindness.

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay when flying out of Manchester air port. Great location, easily accessible. The young (pregnant) lady at check in was very nice as well as the young lady when I checked out at 4:30am. The airport shuttle was right on time and the driver was kind and helpful. The room was spacious, super comfortable bed and pillows. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. The pool and jacuzzi were just what I needed. My children enjoyed it also. Very close to my work conference meeting on 3/4 in Manchester so decided to splurge and stay for the previous evening. Added 2 breakfasts from the diner right next door for my kids. How convenient! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I just want to thank the manager Linda for such a wonderful stay. I got in pretty late last night (close to midnight!) because my flight got canceled and Shea checked me in pretty quickly. Being that I’m from out of town, I wasn’t sure how I was going to make it to the bus stop to get to Logan international. Linda and John were gracious enough to offer the hotel’s shuttle services. John drove me to the bus stop just in time for my 11:30 bus to Logan international and was such a gentleman! He even helped me with my 3 suitcases. Overall, my experience was excellent and that was thanks to the exceptional service from the staff!

One of the best hotels around! My absolute favorite IHG hotel is Holiday Inn and Suites on Porter St. Harry at front desk is 'The Man'! I figured this time i would book with their sister IHG hotel on Brown Ave. due to all the great renovations that are going on at Porter St. Only reason I couldn't rate it a 5 star is they don't offer hot breakfast. Although, they do have one of the best and delicious diners right next door! The front desk was very polite and friendly. Got to give a big thank you to Melanie at front desk. She was excellent and pleasurable to interact with. IHG, You need more Melanie's and Harry's in your hotels!! In all seriousness, keep up the great work everyone!! Hopefully I will see you again very soon!

I have stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased. I needed to make an unexpected stay there on 3/16 due to a flight cancellation. I was offered an "upgrade" to room on line, but when i clicked on it, there was nothing available. After check in, i checked with the front desk attendant about the price of a rollaway bed. He told me he would check on it and call my room. I never received a call or a bed. I had a 2 queen room and a total of 3 people, but my invoice showed an extra $10.00 extra person fee which i had not been notified about on check in or online. My 6'4" son slept on the chair.

Stayed here on Friday (11/22) because the location was close to the airport. Overall, the stay wasn't horrible, I would book again if the shower was upgraded. Here are the positives:
Great location to the airport, check-in was easy and fast, the room was cleaned and smelled fresh, the sheets did not have stains or appear dirty, and the best part of all was, there was Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. I LOVED IT.
The negative:
MOLD around the tub! Caulking mold is not a solution. I wish there was a walk-in shower instead of the shower/tub combo.

Also, we weren't impressed with the diner, because we didn't get a chance to eat there. The wait time was about 25 minutes, which wasn't the problem, but when we were seated, no one came to our table, not even to speak or take our drink order, so we left and went somewhere else.

I stayed here for a wedding. The room was OK, it wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't filthy. The windows need to be cleaned, wallpaper is peeling, walls are clearly stained/dirty. I will give props to a comfortable bed! The TV shelf had obvious damage. The TV channels did not line up with the guide. The pool was closed without notice upon arrival and the elevator inspection was 3 months past-due. The shower/toilet room was tiny, and the shower took a long time to get hot. A lot of stuff was pretty outdated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't a bad stay, but for $200+ for one night I expected a little more. If I had another event here I wouldn't not stay here, but I would search other hotels if I was staying in the area on my own.
