I’m writing to share my experience at this hotel, which unfortunately fell short of our expectations.
I had a feeling right away it wasn’t gonna be good because the parking lot wasn’t even plowed properly. There was trash on the ground like beer cans, food bags, etc. There was also snow still on vehicles that haven’t moved in a long time. The room we received was dirty and wasn’t cleaned at all after the previous guests. My wife and I booked here to enjoy the hot tub and pool but they were shut down due to maintenance. The supervisor did promise to get a partial refund, but I haven’t heard anything back from the manager. Overall, I believe this hotel needs significant improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. I strongly advise against booking here, as it may disappoint other travelers. I understand the importance of providing positive feedback, but I hope this warning can help someone else avoid the same experience!

Initially was happy upon arrival. Very large room and seemed like a decent place. However as the stay progressed myself and my husband were more and more disappointed. Cobwebs, vents covered in dust, shower drain so clogged when I started to shower the water pooled around my ankles. However I can deal with a few issues after all no one is perfect. But this was the last straw... When my husband and I were getting to lay down we pulled the sheets from being tucked (like most hotels do the bed was mad and sheets were tucked in) and as he pulled the sheets out a used, dirty and broken SYRINGE was dropped onto the floor. We were both horrified, had been in the room for hours and let a few minor things go, but this was it.

When I approached the front desk I was told the manager wouldn't be in for a bit and when I explained what happened the clerks reaction was basically whatever. I'm not going to get into the rest of details but both the employee and manager handled the situation horribly and I will never visit that location or another Best Western.

Unprofessional customer service, lacking experience in dealing with a disappointed guest, and just bad.

Comfortable room for a one-night stay. Bed & pillows were very comfortable (I usually have trouble sleeping during 1 night stays). Shower pressure was great. We also love the Backyard Brew Pub located just across the parking lot. Great food & fun vibe. We will book this hotel again just for the nearby restaurant!

My best friend had booked a suite with a jacuzzi. The room was huge and fairly cleaned. The jacuzzi on the other hand wasn't fully cleaned. There was still water and dirt from the previous people.
We wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was shut down, and the pool was so cloudy and nasty. I definitely don't think the room was worth what she had paid

The breakfast here is great. It is probably what made the stay worth it for me. It runs late, so you can do an early breakfast and then an early lunch. No cooking necessary! There is coffee/tea/cocoa 24/7 in the main area. It was quiet enough to enjoy a late night book with some coffee in the main area. Kids love late night cocoa after the pool
We came mainly for the indoor pool, but there was no heat to it. This is the only reason we will have to look elsewhere for our next stay. It was colder than ice water. It seems like a common issue here, according to reviews, and we had called prior to booking just to make sure the pool was working properly.
The jacuzzi worked fine, so we had to move between two extreme temperatures.
The game room has a couple billiard tables, some arcade games, and a ski ball machine that plays inappropriate ads. It was nice to have the option there to play a game of pool.
Staff was always gentle, friendly and accommodating, each time we interacted with them.
Overall, if the pool would get fixed, I absolutely would stay here with the family again.

Check in was slow due to only one person checking people in and a toy convention was there so that took some time checking them in. Place is clean . Loved the staircase leading to 2nd floor. Breakfast selections were good. My favorite was having the waffle machine to make your own waffles. Would recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed in one of the suites this past weekend, for a little getaway. We have never stayed at a Best Western, and the reviews were mixed. WE COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY WITH OUR STAY AND THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED. The room was exceptionally clean. We needed more towels and they brought them right to our room. We had a Jacuzzi in our room, there was plenty of hot water we never ran out. The front desk receptionist was very kind. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but we did check it out. The area was very clean and the water was clear. The breakfast was fresh and very good. It is near many restaurants and right off the highway. We will be back!

Just a heads up - this hotel appears to house displaced folks and those in transition. The buffet line was filled with addicts. Nothing personal - but the hotel should be up front with this information. |The front desk staff was great. |The physical appearance of this property needs a lot of attention and care. The flooring in the breakfast area needs to be ripped up and redone. The staff that maintains the buffet area did not clean. Eggs and potatoes on the buffet line were on the floor and table. When they did a refill of the food - they wheeled a cart filled with trays with no covering from the kitchen across the eating area. I ate a yogurt - that's it. I was disturbed. The rooms themselves were Ok - somewhat clean. Pool heater wasn’t working - pool and room were freezing.
