We stay at a lot of different hotels and from the moment we got here it was so welcoming and wonderful! Miss Meg greeted us so kindly and welcoming and made us feel right at home from the beginning!

From the lobby to the fitness room to our rooms it was clean and smelled good! What more can you want at a hotel? It was fantastic!

And to end our wonderful stay, we were leaving early in the morning and Arielle greeted us and got us to go bags for the road and wished us safe travels in a such a precious way we felt we could make it through our long day of travel!

This was such a pleasant stay we highly recommend staying here! Sad to leave but so thankful for a bright Holiday Inn amongst our many travels! Thank you so much!

The gal at the front desk, named Leslie, completed our reservation over the phone and she also greeted us when we arrived later that afternoon. I want to express my appreciation for her wonderful attitude: she was super helpful, very welcoming and just a nice, pleasant person. Our room also was in excellent condition and all of the other staff were pleasant and welcoming.

I’m a frequent guest at Holiday Inn express. This location is right off the freeway and is incredibly easy to access. I feel Holiday Inn express has the best complementary breakfast. I love their pancake machine and that they have high-end yogurt. This location also had one more hot dish items compared to other holiday Inn express. Unfortunately, they had a hard time keeping items available in the morning. Their breakfast hours were fantastic. It’s 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

If you’re interested, they offered free dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday for guests who are staying longer stays. We never took advantage of it.

The hotel itself is starting to get old. It was annoying that the smoke detectors were right above where you sleep so the light that flashes every 30 seconds kept waking me up. Typically that’s by the entrance or somewhere so it’s not distracting at night.

It was a little frustrating when I booked my stay months ago that the price quoted was slightly different than what I actually paid. They tacked on a credit card processing fee, which seemed really strange. Do they really want me to show up with a check?

All in all I would definitely come back.

Thank you for the wonderful breakfast and help mopping after my kids spilled milk not once but twice. Everything was tasty this morning and wonderful. Ally & Hailey were a dynamic duo at making and keeping breakfast items stocked. I would keep these two employees hired on, they were wonderful! I'm very pleased with the breakfast staff this morning.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Elko many times. It’s always a delight to arrive to the friendly faces and comfortable surroundings after our long day drive. The rooms are clean and very inviting. Quiet and a good view from the room. The staff is so helpful as well. Ariel especially has been so kind! She opened the breakfast nook early for us so we could grab a few things! Thanks so much and we will be back.

This is a fairly new Holiday Inn hotel and pops with modern architectural designs and interior furnishings. The rooms have comfortable beds & chairs with many charge ports and ample desk space for computer work or play. Everything was well maintained and clean as well as being sound-proof from outside noises. The windows had night blinds that darkened the room entirely for a sound sleep. The indoor pool was stunning as well as the Exercise Room. The service was quick and professional and the Breakfast amenity provided many options of quality foods and beverages.

Hotel was awesome. Very courteous and helpful staff. Had packages delivered for work. They held them for me for multiple days. The breakfast was very well done and good quality. Also, allowed us to leave our suitcases for a few hours after checkout. Place is amazing. Will stay again.

Ariel is Awesome! Beautiful personality. Please keep that sincerity! This Hotel is always clean! And the staff is genuinely friendly! A little noisy due to the doors closing. But it overall its very cozy and welcoming! You’ll enjoy the stay here!
