Good location for our visits' needs. Helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms.
Breakfast vouchers will get you a decent meal downstairs from 6a-11a.
The walls are thin. The insulation between rooms, hallways and floors are insufficient for sound isolation.

As for my personal experience... People were stumbling noisily to their rooms until 3am. The suite next to our headboard had alarms going off from 3:30-4:30am. Remodeling/construction upstairs from our suite started making noise around 7:30. The pool was drained, so no quick dips to cool off... Add to that the lack of a functioning AC/cooling in our suite, and it was also hard to sleep during the day.
Sooo tired... I'm assuming it isn't always like this though, so do with that as you will.

Stayed 3/24 & 25/2025. ROOM: I made the mistake of adjusting the room thermostat (silly me!). HEAT blows hot, fan on blows hot, COOL blows hot :(. Mgmt. (Very nice man, Robert) explained old system still hasn't been changed over to spring/summer weather yet. Mattress edges sag with NO support left. Wafer-thin walls for sure (glad I brought earplugs!). Other than that my room was tolerable. SERVICE: Very kind, professional and helpful. BIG kudos to Jackie (housekeeping) for helping me in with my luggage due to my upcoming surgery. She was clocked out for the day but even went the extra mile to run back up to front desk to grab the extra coffee I requested but forgot to retrieve. Give that gal a raise! LOCATION: Except for the few small aircraft landing in my room, the place is centered conveniently.
Overall, heed the reviews so you know what to expect should you CHOOSE to stay there as I had (though will never again)...

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Initial temperature of the room was 97 when we walked in. Had a ghetto balcony so we opened up the door to cool off the room but it was overwhelming. It was broken so there was no response from the unit or thermostat. It was just stuck on heat. So I tell the front desk and the dude says “I seriously doubt that”. So here’s a picture I took of the thermostat fool. If you can ignore the ripped stained carpet, drunk people being obnoxious, and the careless staff then this is the place for you. Go to the Holiday Inn instead, it’s brand new and always clean.

Changed three different rooms. TV didn’t work. Next room air didn’t work. Drink machines were all empty, elevator wasn’t working half of the time then when I asked about maybe staying another night (I’m just exploring) they wanted to charge $85 for a room where I paid $45 the night before. (A Tuesday).

Food was good. Staff was friendly. Slots were tight.

My advice, stay away and try somewhere else first.

Edit: My reservation said checkout was 12:00 but housekeeping came and insisted it was 11:00 so I didn’t argue. But I did double check my reservation.

Edit: We’re bringing the family on a trip. We will be looking for a different place to stay.

Positive: The breakfasts were amazing as was the staff. Negative: My key card had to be refreshed each day. The bed was extremely soft. The TV didn't work, but maintenance fixed it.

I regret to say my experience at this hotel was repeatedly incredibly disappointing. During one stay upon checking in, I was assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned at all. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident, as during my few stays, I encountered consistently unkempt rooms. Items like dog food, used plastic utensils, and matted cobwebs with dead bugs in the curtains indicated a lack of attention to basic cleanliness, which was blatantly disgusting. When I attempted to address this, it was all but ignored. Not to mention constant disrepair and the fact that despite having fans in the restrooms, there is no way to operate them. This is the only time I have EVER stayed in a motel without functional bathroom fans. But as I said, the maintenance here is also lacking, as is the maintenance staff. One time I asked them to fix something in the room and had to listen to them complain while stinking of smoke the whole time, ultimately fixing nothing.

Additionally, the behavior of the cleaning staff was completely unacceptable. I was physically assaulted on the stairs while carrying my luggage when they shoved past me, which they ignored. They offered no apology and didn't seem to care they almost knocked me down the stairs. Then the front desk made me write a note of my incident telling me management would contact me. Ultimately my writing the note was a waste of time as despite my efforts, I never received any follow-up, and the situation was handled with utter indifference. Showing that management finds it acceptable for their housekeeping staff to assault the guests. If this happens to you, call the police and file assault charges (which is clearly what I should have done). Management doesn't care.

The final issue came with billing, where I was overcharged by hundreds of dollars. When I contacted the hotel about the error, it was clear they were aware of the mistake but had failed to notify me. The lack of urgency in addressing the situation left me without the funds I needed for days, and my concerns were dismissed with little regard. Not only was I offered nothing from a customer service point of view (such as a discount or free night), I wasn't even offered as much as an apology.

In summary, the hotel offers low prices but at the cost of cleanliness, professionalism, rooms in good repair, and basic customer service. I would strongly advise against staying here, as it is clear that the establishment’s standards are severely lacking. I will not be returning. The fact this is listed as a 3-star hotel is laughable. At best it should only have 1, and just barely.

Really confused about the thermostat- no air conditioning, stuffy room. Floor was dirty. Restaurant is the best part- free breakfast offered.

An interesting hotel/casino with a western/ranch theme. Great deal for the room rates offered. Close to a lot of "night life" and good places to eat. The best free hot breakfast included with your stay. What is truly exceptional is the level of customer service offered at this location! It is authentic Nevada hospitality at its best.
