Total garbage HOA. Every year they up dues in the name of their still falling apart Horse Palace. Never do anything in a timely manner, had pot holes on my road for almost 2 years before they repaired. 100% recommend not living in Spring Creek unless the Spring Creek Association can be removed

Most of the roads are awful and they love to harass you if you live here.
Honestly I don't recommend anyone trying to move over here and dealing with these idiots. It might be a racial thing then sittering neighbors have a junkyard and they don't do anything about it but.
I definitely don't recommend Dealing with them. Trust me guys it's not worth it they just take your money every month for themselves

The staff at the Spring Creek Association office has always been courteous and accomodating. They are always available to answer questions in a timely manner whether it be regarding CC&R's or anything to do with the amenities in Spring Creek. They work hard to solve problems and help homeowners.

I've worked with Bailey Meza several times to attend vendor events that the Spring Creek Association puts on, and it has always been a pleasure. They are well organized and everyone is pleasant to speak to. Bailey is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

The Spring Creek Association has gone out of their way to create family-friendly events for the community. They have also kept up with the marina, which is now one of my favorite places to be. Bailey Meza with SCA is also very helpful when it comes to answering questions and keeping the community updated on events.

Visited Cooks while there and their food was phenomenal. I personally avoid raviolis but the Raviolis on their specials menu was great along with their fettuccine. Well worth the money. Service was a pleasure- our waitress was on top of everything and very timely. and the view is great, later in the day you can see the sun set.

Don't move here. I've been chased into my home by the neighbors dogs and if I hadn't made it inside, they would have attacked me. SCA has been aware of these dogs for at least six months and no action taken. Animal Control has been helpful, but SCA does not enforce their rules and tell you to call the Sheriff. I've been informed by the Sheriff regarding disturbing the peace that "You live in Spring Creek and unless your HOA does something we are not doing anything". I was also told these issues were going to "The Board" three months ago - what a crock!

Worst business practice ever. Got slapped with a delinquent notice and a HEFTY lawyers fees. Not paying was was my fault sure (I guess I thought they were getting paid along with all the other things that make up my "mortgage"... oops) What really gets my goat though is that NOT ONCE in the 11 months before I got the delinquent notice was I contacted in any way. The lawyers acted like there was no way a company in charge of this many accounts could possibly be responsible for keeping track of...oh I don't know who was current or say, change in ownership! Seriously? Cuz no other company has ever had to keep track of hundreds of customers!! Right? So infuriating.
