Pool room is absolutely disgusting, black floor, green algae on the walls, tiles on the ceiling missing. Hot tub didn't work. Pull out couch bed had wrappers in it, sheets obviously not changed. Pieces of dog food found on the floor. They microwave their eggs for breakfast. The staff was really nice though.

Bed: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sheets and duvet were very obviously freshly washed, no stains. Pillow cases were also freshly washed. Bed was comfortable.

Room: ⭐️
The room was mostly clean but the edges, hangers, and other areas had quite a bit of dust build up.
There were also paint chips and cracking paint scattered throughout the room along with Mold in the bathroom.
For me, any mold automatically takes the room rating down to one star, no exceptions.

Pool: ⭐️⭐️
The only reason the pool got 2 stars is because it was open and the pool was the perfect temperature, otherwise it would have gotten 1 star.
The floor was filthy, we walked into what looked like a public bathroom because the floor was so gross, had hair, and wrappers. The floor also had just lots of gunk and grime buildup.
The hot tub was freezing, didn’t even bother to test the bubbles because it was too cold for anyone in my family.
The ceiling had a couple panels missing and the rest looked like they needed to be changed, and there was so much rust on the pool room ceiling.

Breakfast: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love best western breakfast, I’m a sucker for soft biscuits and gravy. And they had fresh yogurt which was amazing, it tasted just like the stuff my husband’s grandmother makes. The breakfast area was clean and organized. The breakfast lady was super sweet, friendly, and great at keeping all the food stocked up as well.

James at the front desk was so patient and kind to us, he was very helpful and exactly the kind of person you’d want to greet you when you walk into a hotel, he definitely deserves a raise.

This is a really nice hotel. Rose at the front desk was awesome. She was very busy when I got here, but she was very fast and efficient checking everybody in. I really appreciated that cause it had been a long drive. Then I got up to my room & the TV remote wouldn’t work. She came up the stairs and fixed it Lickety-split. The whole hotel is very clean especially the rooms. The bed is very comfortable even the pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

Love staying here when we travel to Idaho. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is always hot and the sweet lady that takes care of it, is always making that breakfast is hot and clean.

Rooms were nice, and the bed was really comfy!!! The staff were superb!!! Every single staff member we interacted with gave us excellent service!!! And they all greeted us personally!!! Front desk staff went over & above; offered me a more convenient room since I was having knee issues and had difficulty walking. Continental breakfast was pretty good; some days were better than others.

Yes this place is a little run down and old and probably in need of a renovation. Like most of the other reviews the hot tub was broken when we checked in, do not book this hotel for the hot tub. 😂 However the staff was nothing but nice and accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. Be warned: the room was either too hot or too cold so you may need to fiddle with the AC/heater unit a bit. Also you can hear everything, people in the halls, people outside- they aren't very sound proof (thin walls.) We leave tomorrow so unless something weird happens, highly recommend if you need a cheap place to sleep and shower while staying here.

Most of the time Best Western has status quo for how clean they are, what they provide, and rates they charge. I generally don’t mind staying at a Best Western. I was moderately disappointed in the overall shape of my room at this hotel, especially for the price I paid for the room for the night. There appears to have been a number of small upgrades made, but rather than actually fix the issue, it looks like just a bunch of patchwork. Don’t get me wrong, I was able to sleep just fine and it accomplished the purposes that I really needed. However, just a few days before I stayed at another hotel for mere $10 more per night and it was substantially nicer.

When I showered, the water ended up getting on around 60% of the bathroom floor. That was even with the curtains closed and sealed up nicely.

While this wasn’t an absolutely terrible experience, I only mention that you should check other hotels like the Holiday Inn express or the Hampton Inn, which we’re both approximately $10 more per night than what I paid for the Best Western at a non-peak time.

Like most hotels, they have a pool in hot tub, a Business Center, and they provide breakfast. The breakfast was actually pretty decent. The fitness room had three machines, and that was the extent of it. It was a room that connected to the pool area.
