I am so thankful for the folks here. We stayed at the Ashworth for what we thought the room they gave is was for 2 nights ... I get a text at 8am saying thank you for staying. Let us know when you are checking out.
I went to the general manager. She told me the 360 was the rate for one night. This was during February mind you. So we asked for another night... but they booked out. I tried to explain to her the mishap. But she shunned me. So basically we had to just leave. We shrugged it off.
We saw signs for this place.. what a great staff!!! So we went in, and we're greeted with a smile and got us settled in and it was 120$ per night. So we stayed for 2 days!! We had a room that was a side view... and it was more than I expected. Beautiful view. The Ashworth was front view, but the room was drab compared to this place. I called Ashworth to get my deposit ( yes ... a deposit) and they never called back. I tried again, and still no deposit.
Thank you one and all for helping and saving a nice winter get away.

We had a lovely 2 night stay for the long weekend. Very friendly staff. Our rooms were spotless. Might've been the time of year but there was minimal noise. Nice view from the balcony. Covered parking area. We would definitely stay here again.

We always enjoy our stay at Hampton House. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. We have stayed at a lot of places in Hampton , Maine , Ogunquit and so on. I have never been disappointed our room is always clean , smells clean. The facility it self is clean. I thank all of you who work there and I hope to see you soon. This hotel was a good choice to lay our heads for the night. The man who checked us in was quite knowledgeable about the strip and how long it would take us to walk to the venue for our show. I wish we got his name. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The drapes are dated but served their purpose. We needed heat, and the unit served us well. It's off-season, so many places are closed, but there is a nice place right next door that has breakfast sandwiches, muffins and coffee, and tea. There is complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the front desk area of the Hampton House. We had a room with a partial ocean view, which means you go out on your balcony and crane your head to the right. There is a small parking garage and some outside parking
spots on the property. I would stay here again.

I got this room mainly for the ocean front view and the easy walkability. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. But it’s definitely not worth the price. The room is dated and as some other reviewers have stated it has a strong smell. The beds were relatively comfortable but had a dip in the middle. Having parking included was good. I also did like the location. It was close to a quieter, less crowded part of the beach. We walked in the evenings to the main part of the boardwalk and enjoyed the nightly live music. One day that we were there and the balcony was big enough to sit outside and read without getting wet.

My family stays here multiple times a year. The views are incredible, staff is super friendly and helpful and rooms are always clean and well kept. I would never stay anywhere else on ocean boulevard.

Definitely a good location, but because of my personal experience, this place only gets 3 stars. The first thing I noticed about our room was a smell - I don't know what it was, I still don't, but it was not subtle and I never stopped smelling it the whole time. This may not bother people who don't notice smells or whatever. No, I did not tell them about it or ask for another room. I considered telling the person at check out, but she was very strange and made me uncomfortable so I didn't.

Bed was comfy. Neither of our TVs worked. Parking was easy. Some of the outlets were actually coming out of the walls and didn't work. The furniture was not to be sat upon IMO b/c they seemed icky. Lovely views from our balcony. Good location for the beach, obviously, and we went to the casino ballroom and it was an easy and nice walk.

I came across this hotel in my searches, and I decided to give it a try upon arriving. It was such a welcoming atmosphere and a lot of insight and questions answered upon arriving into the room. It was neat. It could’ve been cleaned a little bit more as far as spiderwebs and vacuuming, but other than that, the site on the patio was beautiful of the ocean, they always were on top of fresh towels. Other people were very friendly conversational. Most importantly, I like that it was away from the main strip so you had a lot of reflection time not busy busy a walk across the street to the beach. I will look forward to coming back soon
