My friend recommended this adorable & historic town, to me.
My visit here was wonderful & it did not disappoint!
The 3rd floor was spacious, clean & the bed was extremely comfortable.
The 3rd floor is beautiful and could easily sleep sleep 4-5 people if someone does not mind sleeping on the couch.
This Victorian home is beautiful & the hospitality was great.

Great location and nice space in the room. No in room control for heating and cooling, which was odd and the DirectKey app for keyless entry was always problematic. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay.

Very disappointing. This was our second time staying at the inn. First time was great! Stay included breakfast, room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Second time was lousy! We were on main floor so we heard everyone coming and going, doors to room are glass so lighted hallway kept us up. Breakfast is gone as well as staff. Check in was 100% self check in. Forget asking anyone for anything. Also room had no thermostat. When I called to ask they said its in the hallway and controlled by management. Our room was hot and uncomfortable. Last time staying!

We had trouble finding the place went to the first one climbed up all the stairs than discovered there was another Combs down the road. Once we find the place and figured out how to get in everything was fantastic. I would stay here again loved the room first floor yeah 👍

We stayed in the Coombs Suite on the 2nd floor. Beautiful room Spacious and a great bathroom. Great foyer and dining room area. Close to Downtown (5) blocks away Great little bars Billies on Water St perfect Biscuit Factory &Half Shell great

Their virtual checking process needs significant work. We arrived, never received the "email" with information to check into our hotel. Called the "help" number. That gentleman was as helpful as he could be,given he was at a different hotel and could not come 4 blocks away to assist. Understandable, but the owners need to have a much more robust system if they rely on technology to replace a person.

Evacuee situation from St. Pete. After driving all night in traffic I arrived between 9-10 am and was told I would be charged $20 for early check in. I declined and slept in my car. 2 pm received an email to download the app to gain access to the room. Left a decent review on Agoda app where I booked. Should have waited to review. Received a copy of my bill to find I was overcharged and double charged $20 for housekeeping. Housekeeping never cleaned my room during my stay; only after I left so should only be one cleaning fee. The rate was incorrect also, overcharged and found extra taxes on the bill too. What? Unacceptable! And to be treated this way during a natural disaster is morally wrong. Shame on this property! Fellow hotel property manager.

Well the pics look better than in persons. This place is so ran down. Very dirty, maked but harsh smelling chemicals to make it seam clean. I swear the globbed on paint is the only thing holding this place together. Ceilings in rooms looked to be caving in, I'm guessing black mold falling from between the wooden celing boards onto the bed. Heat was not working, hot shower for about 2 maybe 3 minutes, then run. Would not recommend.
